As you can see in the link, the background image in the header isn’t working and it cant be edited, I cant even enter the settings.
This also happens with every new page that I open in the website except the “about me” page (in the website its the “sobre mi” page
Please help me with this issue

Hi, when I buy this theme, do I get it exactly as it is in the examples, with the lorem ipsum and photos or just the structure? Also, does all the examples for the home page, etc. download with the theme and then I choose the home page that I like after uploading it to wordpress or I need to choose one before buying?

Everything you see in live preview, including dummy text, images, widgets, layouts, home pages, posts etc. is included in theme’s package. You just have to import demo content with one-click importer tool and choose desired home layout.

Has anyone seen an issue where the visual builder stopped showing completely? I updated the theme, uninstall and reinstalled plugins and its not showing up on the front end or back end at all.

i think you dont understand what i mean. me giving you access to my wp-admin is a security hole. i have sensible data on my site, and for my customers privacy and security i will not give anyone access to the admin dashboard.
please delete that ticket, i will find the solution myself or find another theme.

When i go to website elated.ticksy.com submit to submit support ticket, there are no option to submit the ticket for theme Kendall, which i just purchased. So no sure, how to ask questions and discrepancy that i found between plugin and documentation. This also means, if i can not submit ticket – i’m loosing a day from my yearly subscription to support, how this can be then extended for this day?

It’s because you set voucher dependency on all your products. Your simple products, like this one have form inserted that is required to fill before adding to cart. Your variable product doesn’t have that form included, so every time you hit “Add to Cart” the notification on the top appears to fill in the form -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RSKr3vS5NKO
So, please, insert Contact form to variable products as well.

I’m not sure how to do that and it used to work and also it does appears when it’s in the Twenty Ten Theme. I’ve gone into the variable product and the “has voucher is ticked”.

I just checked with twenty seventeen and when you select the option (i.e. 30, 60 or 90) the fields then appear (I have a screenshot) so it’s def something to do with the theme. I have created a ticket with WooCommerce PDF Vouchers but I’m expecting them to come back to the theme. I’ll let you know.

Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to: your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page
Then find all the instagram fields and delete them: https://www.screencast.com/t/aaOOUXOOamAV
If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to: www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.
Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.
- Also note that some web servers don’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

1) I see that the theme doesn’t have a booking system. Is it possible to use this theme in combination with another booking plug-in? Like Booking Calendar? Or does this theme doesn’t support any booking plug-ins?

1. We don’t have a booking system by default, but you may always try to install some 3rd party plugin to achieve this functionality. It’s important to know that we didn’t test any other plugins with our theme, besides the ones that come bundled inside theme package, so we can’t guarantee full integration.
2. Sure, our theme is compatible with WPML translator. On the other hand, you may translate labels manually, using some translation software, like Poedit.
3. You may add testimonials section, if that’s what you asked

Hello! Like someone above, it appears as though something is wrong with Visual Composer. However, when I deactivated your Elated Options plugin, everything worked fine. It’s still not letting me save things, and often just not letting me go to any pages in the backend. I really like this theme and would like to make it work. I installed the Kendall theme and loaded the demo content. On the product pages, I noticed that when I click on the product’s images in the mini gallery, that the image doesn’t open in a light-box like in the original demo. Instead the website goes directly to the URL of the image. How do I get the light-box to work?

The theme tells me this:
“Your theme (Kendall) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”
I have WooCommerce 3.3.5 installed but on the Kendall product page it says that the theme is compatible with WooCommerce 3.1.x … should I downgrade my WooCommerce version or is WooCommerce 3.3.5 fine? What’s your advice?

Regarding the WooCommerce status, it’s a rather usual information. It came out of the WooCommerce latest update and once you imported our demo content, the old WooCommerce demo product templates were pulled and that is causing the information to be displayed.
Fear-not, however. This won’t affect yours or the work of the plugin and the end user won’t experience any difficulties whatsoever. If this really bothers you and you want the message to dissapear forever, you may want to refer to this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/ for a detailed explanation on how to update old template files.
