Hello dear developers,
I am having trouble using the theme headers. First of all, how do I find out which header style is being used on which page? My subpages seem to use a different style than my main. My headers on subpages are showing language switchers which i want to get rid off, but going through all the header styles disabling language switcher it wouldnt remove it.
Also, there is a visual bug in sticky menu. In topmost position it works, but scrolling down and hovering over a menu element, the backgrounds of the dropdown box and menu background are misaligned and overlap.
I appreciate any help on fixing this, thanks.

For the whole site the header can be defined in Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings. Here you can set header style for different page types. You can also set the header style directly on page, please, check this article > Header style.
As for the overlap, could you please submit a ticket on our support forum and provide us with the WP access details?

Hello! I was install this theme and i have many problems with demos. Many blocks with separator image. This elements is not showed in builder and i can’t delete them. And some elements displays incorrect.

Hello, i’ve installed the portfolio parallax demo and im trying to change the background pictures in the home page. Im looking in the Pages>Seven layout Page and i can change everything except this. “I mean when i scroll down the pictures in the background”

As we can see you are referring to the promo page, which is not created with Wordpress but is the HTML version of the site and we haven’t used any plugin there. Withing our theme this effect can be achieved by Animated text shortcode created by our team.

There is no option to change the home to custom link. The necessary phrases can be changed in your po file via Poedit program. Please, open your po file via Poedit program and find the phrases you need to translate and add the translation to them. Then, please, upload a new po and mo files to: wp-content/themes/ronneby/lang and to wp-content/languages/

Hey guys It’s me again. I was wondering if there was a way to remove the My-product part of the portfolio urls. I found a comment about it from 2015 but nothing else. Those tricks didn’t work for me.

Please check Theme Options >Portfolio Options > Portfolio URL slug. Set there the word you need instead my-product and save options. After that go to Settings > Permalinks and click save.

While I am at portfolio items. Is there a way to remove the previous/next arrows? I’d prefer easy but if CSS is needed, so be it.

Theme Options > Portfolio Options > Single portfolio item options > Portfolio style – sed advanced there and scroll a little, you will see Share that you can disable. As for the comments, they can be disabled on portfolio editing > Discussion, please check http://prntscr.com/jx75ga.

However, this results into somehow seemingly the “archive blog page” overruling my costum made portfolio page.
This means my portfolio page can not be altered with page builder (because it seems the “archive blog page” overrules it)

In addtion (after some troubleshooting);
It seems when I edit the “portfolio options > Base portfolio options > Portfolio URL slug to “portfolio” it will result into my portfolio page being overruled by the archive blog page feature.
I will submit a ticket in hopes of making it so that my single portfolio items can result into a url ending up as following: https://www.website.com/portfolio/Project1
Nigelderooij, you make the page archive so the styles are overwritten. Seems you have changed the Portfolio URL slug one more time and haven’t resaved permalinks as required.

Im really struggling with this theme. 1.The sticky header doesnt work regardless of what menu i choose. 2.The menu blocks part of the top of my page so i cant see the entire content, (this was from a demo of yours, vintage creative agency) 3.trying to customise the theme using “customise.php” v your own theme option setting dont match, eg, smooth page scroll off, but its still on in themee options. 4.The demo content doesnt load all images, (building theme demo) 5. using page builder, i cannot find where the images are placed in the page.
How do i remove all previous conatnt and demos, so i can try and start afresh ?

1 Please let us check the header and site, please, submit a ticket on the support forum.
2 In our layout, we have used header style 4 which suppose to be set over the content. In case to you need to place the header above content, please, set header style 3 or any other header style that suits you. All header examples you can find here > Pages & Headers > Headers.
3 Could you please provide us with some more detailed info and let us check the site.
4 If you load more that one demo the images can be placed incorrectly, it’s the feature of the Wordpress importer(the only tool for import in WordPress), our installer panel is based on Wordpress importer.
5 Please clarify what exactly you’d like to change and we’ll help you.
You can create the clear database and start the site from scratch.

Looks like i could be wasting my time here. building a footer page, footer options set as “Standard footer with Visual Composer modules inside” row width set as Full width, but it still looks like its boxed to me as it only covers about 70% of the width of the page.
Ive looked on your “support website” its also full of “submit a ticket replies” perhaps i should have started using this theme before my support ran out, but there is no way im going to throw any more money at this theme.

Hi, I talked to Helen before about Ronneby theme not showing menu and font correct. She sad that it is the cashing that is making the problem. I have uninstall the cashing plugins and stop MAXCDN service and talked to their support. But they say it’s something with the theme and not on their side. As long as om inlogged there is no problem to see the correct menus but as I log out then the strange menu and other font appears. Please help All the best Simon

As we can see when you are not logged in the styles are loaded from the plugin, please check this short video. Please deactivate plugin APH Merge Scripts and you will see the correct styles.

this is not the problem as I have WP set up on my mac – I have requested a refund – Gave up on this one- awaiting refund as cannot waste any more time.
In this case, you can just reachive the theme to the wp-content/themes folder. You can also install the theme via FTP on the live server. The detailed information how to install the theme via FTP you can find here.

I am using the latest MAMP testing server and I have the latest version of WP installed and it is working for all other WP themes/sites and pages. 1. Yes, < a href=”http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/getting-started”> are the exact instructions I have already followed to install via the WP admin panel for editing in Wordpress – the error message was – “The link you followed has expired.Please try again..” 2. After this error message I installed using your FTP instructions ie: ” Access the server WordPress folders any convenient way (CPanel or any FTP-client)..You’ll see the list of wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes folders and files…./ etc. Unfortunately only part of the theme was installed from the downloaded files this way and WP was unable to edit it – absolutely going around in circles now. 3. I then uninstalled it.- interestingly this question in ronneby lead to a 404 page – (google saved the day). 4. then re-installed the latest update version received yesterday via the WP admin panel and still get the same message “The link you followed has expired.Please try again..”
It came as a highly recommended theme and should be simple to install via your instructions – disappointed its not installing – looking at the recent comments – there may be a problem in the theme package such that all parts are not compiling or being included.

Hello, I just bought this theme and everything works fine, except for a small problem. I import the demonstration “APPS presentation”, but the first 2 images of the slider revolution do not display.
