Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. From your screenshot I see the error is generated by WooCommerce Gateway PayPal Express Checkout plugin. I am not sure what is causing the error.
Also I see “Internal Server Error” in your screenshot which is most likely coming from your payment gateway plugins. I suggest you to check your error logs for the details about internal server error and let me know. I can take a look and interpret the error.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The mobile footer is different from desktop footer. Our theme allows you to add different widgets to mobile footer widget area. Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. I looked into your website. The issue is because of Bootstrap plugin being loaded twice. One from the theme and one from a plugin named “Memphis Documents Library”.
To resolve this you can remove one of the bootstrap plugin or de-activate the memphis plugin.

It is difficult for us to choose between Electro and Techmarket. Both themes have the same under the hood code. TM is built for 1920px and have more home page options. Electro is built for 1200px and has been quite stable for quite sometime now. You can choose a theme based on your requirement and target audience.
I personally prefer Electro. Its a personal choice with no rationale behind the choice.

How can I remove “Recomended Products” from Shop Page ?

“Recommended Products” is a static block used as a jumbotron. A shop page jumbotron is assigned via Electro > Shop > Shop Page Jumbotron. You can simple de-assign it to remove the block.

Hi, I’ve updated the theme to v2, and checkout page crashed when PLACING ORDER. However, the payment does go thru. Payment gateway is Paypal Pay Flow and Paypal says it’s the theme issue that causes Checkout Page to crash. Please advise.

Also, after updating to them v2, the icons on the homepage becomes weird symbol and entire site loads much slower than before.

This means the font icons are not loaded. The most common reason is that you have a different URLs in Settings > General > WordPress URL and Site URL.
Please note technically https://www.example.com/ and https://example.com/ are different. Please make sure they are the same.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. To answer your questions :
1. The theme has a jumbotron option to add static blocks to either top or bottom of shop pages but not to single product pages. It needs to be done via custom code only.
2. Search is not performed by the theme itself. WordPress does the search and it searches only for titles and description only. You need to use a third-party plugin to search through SKU.
3. Yes, you can show saved percentage instead of SALE.

It is a static block, loaded into the shop page. This block is called a jumbotron. There is an option to assign a static block to each category as a jumbotron.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Can you please check how many images have been imported in “Media” ?
If the total images that have been imported is 286, then it means that all your images have been imported and the importer most likely broke while importing sliders. You can simply navigate to Slider Revolution and import slider home v4 and home v5 to complete the import.
If the total images is less than 286, then it means the importer stopped while importing images. You need to click on “One Click Demo Import” to import the remaining images ( don’t worry it will not duplicate ).

You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. Our only additional instruction would be to save the translations in “System” folder instead of “Author” folder.

Thanks for the reply. Understand the calculation now.
I think it may be better if the discount % is shown by the most discounted variable option?
For example, currently the products maximum price $109 is used for calculating the discount % by $29 option.
Which $109 is a option for 10 weeks worth of product but $29 is 2 weeks worth of product. (Customer called in several times bc they were confused)
so maybe, if options are as below option 1 – Original Price $50 | Sales price $30 | Discount rate 40% option 2 – Original Price $100 | Sales Price $50 | Discount rate 50% option 3 – Original Price $150 | Sales Price $70 | Discount rate 53%
Shown discount % may be better for customers if its shown as 53%.

Thank you for the details. I understand your customer’s confusion. The problem with variable product is that, we do not have variation information while calculating the sale percentage and hence not possible to show the correct. You can simply say “Upto 73%” or just ignore the savings for variable product.

You can uncheck the other blocks if do not wish to load them as well.

Are you using Deals and Tabs block or “Deals Carousel” block ? The deal timer will be enabled if you schedule a sale.
