You can find the Mega menu extension in backend site > Porto tab > SW Extensions > Mega Menu, and configure mega menu directly in Categories Management page > SW Menu

The theme is very Slow, we had to change all the server settings, but it still the same
i dont recommend this theme, if you want a website speed to be less than 3 seconds

Is your theme 100% compatible with Magento 2 varnish cache, if the webmaster did not set mobile device detection for the varnish cache?
Our Magento 2 site used Varnish cache, we cannot set mobile device detection for the varnish cache due to some reasons. We have installed a theme on our website, but it has a problem as follows: 1. Flush cache > open website on the mobile phone > the website will display not correctly on the computer 2. Flush cache > open website on computer > the website will display not correctly on mobile phones
So we need to buy a new theme, which has no such problem.
Our questions: a). If we bought your theme, will your theme have such problem or not? b). can we install your theme first on a demo site, then install it on our live site after we tested it?

And Yes, You can install theme on a dev server ,then move it to live site once done

If it has no such problem, I will post a comment here and let the other people know that your theme is compatible with varnish cache which without mobile devices detection.
Please kindly understand we are unable to guarantee that all 3rd party extensions can work “out of the box” with theme. This may be a conflict with some 3rd-party extensions or with your custom modifications.

I have managed to make the double quotes in titles to work without getting JSON error. As per solution provided on the Github by emiprotech.
Being that breadcrumbs.phtml does not exist on this path:
app/design/frontend/Smartwave/portoMagento_Catalog/templates/product
I have created a file breadcrumbs.phtml.
When I paste in the code in this post I can see that some of it gets stripped down, even though I’ve enclosed it withing code tags. If the author allows it Im sharing this link with the solution:
https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/15631It seems to work and quotes are properly displayed within the title. I was also wondering about str_replace but was not sure where to place the code.
Anyway, hope this helps to the people that were looking to resolve the double quotes issue.

Not sure if this is Magento or Porto issue.
I have updated to M 2.2.5 but the issue persists.
Description / Additional Info / Review tabs DO NOT work even after updating gallery.phtml through created ticket. I can see Im not alone facing these issues.
Also, I have updated the ticket with less and css files missing during compiling. Can you address these issues?

I was still having the issue on select products within my site. After some research I managed to figure out what the issue was. My Product Name had double quotes within it. So 9” HI-LEVERAGE SIDE CUTTING PLIERS, was causing this error “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token H in JSON at position” Once I replaced the 9” with 9in this issue went away.
I am not looking for help I am posting to alert you to this issue so you might look into a fix and so others who might be having issues knows a possible fix.

I believe there is an issue with your gallery.phtml file released in this version (2.2.4 patch) which results in the product image not showing up. I had to revert my version using fixes from the M2 github repository to fix. If I figure out what the problem is with your code ill follow back up.

I figured it out. In the Smartwave -> Settings page, you cannot input any non-numerical characters into the Image width fields. I was using values such as 250px and 25%...but it must be number only.

Yes I am. I updated the theme to the latest release and then reselected the demo again and it seems to have changed to match the demo except for the cart button
Also the page does not look exactly like the demo. Some of the block are different sizes and the text is off. For instance the text that should be on the slider is showing under the slider image.

Hello. My web was update to Porto 3.1.0 on Magento 2.2.4. The page is on 1280px width. But every time I save to 1280px witdh, it works. 1-3 minutes later, it always comeback to 1140px witdh. So web a little bit messed. Is it a bug or not? Seems, Porto 3.1.0 doesn’t fit to 1280px witdh. Thanks. My web: sawios.com
