I didn’t find Smartwave option at leftside in admin panel. But i found Porto instead of smartwave.

I can’t able to select theme also at CONTENT > Design > Configuration.

Hello I just purchased porto tomorrow and installed theme on my magento store and getting error while click on add to cart. I installed the theme and I am getting the 500 error I know its a permissions issue but what am i supposed to change my permissions to? I’ve seen comments on here that say fix your permissions. Is there any more specific I can do to solve this?

Hello! I bought theme near a year ago. Site is not at live, it’s under construction now, stage site. Please, help me without renewing the support for money. Few weeks ago it was working well. But today I see the problem with “add to cart” button. First product addes fine into cart. But all next products I can’t add with this button. I only see loading and nothing else. But after refreshing the page I see these products at cart. I tried many browsers and mobile. Magento 1.9.3 and Porto 2.6.0. Please, help. Thank you.

Avoid PORTO don’t buy any extended support… there is no any support. We just asked them that the SW category’s Menu is not working and they told it is OK. It is OK just because is private customized they didn’t spend even e second to check it.

We would very much like to see wider screen support. 30%-46% of visitors have screen sizes (actual GUA data) of 1920×1080, 1600×900 and 1536×864 but the theme is not optimized for this. on these screens a very large part almost 30-40% of the screen is white and unused!!! Please is this something we can tackle in the next update and increase support for the wider screens? 1920×1080, 1600×900 alone account for 30%+ of all customers

Finally have a chance to use the this Porto theme. It is great. Two questions: 1) How to enable the Onestep checkout? 2) To get the exactly demo look like after follow the the video installation to the T. Product page does not show up!
