Just wondering is there a way to increase the padding or image size on mobile for the header/feature image? It seems to be cut off a fair bit and I can not see an option to change it.

There is no out-of-the-box way to adjust the padding or the image size for any device type but it is possible to increase the image size for a particular screen size using the CSS @media rule.
Note that, we do not provide customization support but, we’ll show you an example of how to perform that. We will not be able to deploy any further on that though… First, use your browser’s inspector to locate the particular class which is
full_width_photo
Then use the @media rule to set the screen offset where the CSS will stop having effect. In your case, let’s set a max size of 767 pixels which is a reasonable size for modern mobile devices. Last, we need the min-height property to set the size of the image. The final CSS will be like
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {.full_width_photo { min-height: 250px; }}
Now, copy and paste that on to the Custom CSS field, on Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Scripts & Styles > Custom CSS field. Change the min-height value to the one you need but, keep in mind that extreme values (too large or too small) will have unexpected results.
Using custom CSS is one of the most favorite ways to customize the appearance of a theme. If you are interested in advanced web design and you are not familiar with this language we recommend taking a tutorial (there are numerous online). Is there any way to hide one of the three slides in the mobile version? I mean, In Desktop view the 3 slides look perfect, on mobile version one of them has the text overlapping the background image and it cannot be read.
Is there any setting where I can hide one slide in mobile version or edit the slide for mobile view?

There is no option to do that out-of-the-box. Note that, hiding content in the mobile version may be misleading for the visitors as a visit in both mobile and desktop versions will create a strange impression.
We recommend reviewing the slide that does not appear as expected; try to make it comply with all versions. You may need to reduce or rewrite some text . In most cases, a long expression can be rewritten in a way that will also be more understandable.

I just bought the theme and have imported the demo but for some reason the header pictures are pixelated, the home slider doesn’t work and I can’t access my theme options.
It’s a little disappointing. Instead of $64 Ive spend $96 because of the exchange rate.

I would like to ask if anyone is having a problem with the mobile version in Google??? There is a problem with the back end for over 3 months, since google algarithum April we have had 100 daily mobile errors flagged up in Google, repeatly we are fixing and repeatly it flags up mobile issues, this is driving us mad, we have gone to support tried a number of recommendations and notthing has worked, we are on our last legs before we are going to have scrap the whole theme, website is https://www.belvedereclinic.co.uk/, everything looks fine from the outside, but google is flagging errors up in webmaster tools???

Thanks for the response, I have checked the demo site, only boxes I’m able to make it straight, square without any curve but for row I’m not able to make it straight getting curve background. We guess you’re referring to the angled design. The particular effect is produced by enabling the Top or Bottom Separator on a Row. Let’s see an example on our main demo website. To review that setting, edit the front page and, edit the second row (click on the pencil icon on the right top). On General tab, roll down a bit until you locate the Bottom Separator. Currently is set to Angled Positive. You can set this to Angled Negative to change the direction of the angled design or, to No if you need to completely remove the angles. Don’t forget to Save changes and Update page to let the effect apply.

1. We suppose you need to remove the media panel. Just edit the page/product and roll down to Page Options > Media Panel. Make sure the switch is set to position OFF 2. You can add a video from a service like YouTube by copying an paste the URL address on the Product Short Descriptions field (it is located under the main content area). You may roll down a bit to locate the particular field. In case the field is hidden, check Screen Options (top of the page). By default the Media Panel is set to position OFF for all post types.

There is no out-of-the-box option for changing the HTML headings tags on titles and subtitles. You may be able to achieve that with custom CSS rules. Note that, we are not offering customizaton support with the purchased license.
A correction to the previous comment; the HTML headings tags cannot change with custom CSS. They can only be changed by adding a copy of the specific PHP Template file on your Child Theme and make the changes there, or by adding some code to functions.php.

The particular plugin is not officially supported. To check for compatibility, we added and activated “Appointment Booking and Online Scheduling Plugin by vCita” on a local installation and, we didn’t notice any issues. The plugin integrated well to the website. The styling was ok (it fitted as expected to the rest of the design). Functionality also was ok; we didn’t notice any conflicts with other plugins and, we managed to create a few events for testing without any problems. The current version appears to be compatible with the latest version of our theme. The workaround was generaly positive so, we can’t find a reason for not using Healtflex with this plugin.

We checked the admin demo and, we managed to sign in as expected. Please make sure you are using a valid email address. Also, check the Spam folder of your email client in case it was marked as spam.
We checked the “Appointment Booking and Online Scheduling Plugin by vCita” again and, we noticed it is based on the popular Events Calendar plugin (which is supported by the theme). This is good news as, the theme is optimized for Events Calendar and, the plugin will be supported in future versions as well.

Very interested in your theme. For the main navigation menu, how customizable is the styling? I notice that the dropdown items on mouseover (like About Us, Our Staff, and Careers under Our Clinic in the main demo) seem to be a tiny bit small. Can those be enlarged, font changed, etc.?

You can use any font/size you need for your website (from the Google Fonts Library). On our theme options, there is a section dedicated to Typography where you can apply the fonts/sizes you need for all headings, parapraphs, links, listings etc. including navigation menu. If you need an extra style, you can always use custom CSS rules.
The Envato Market plugin has been tested and, we confirm it works with automatic updates. You only need to obtain a token key from Envato. When a new version of our theme becomes available, you can update to it with a simple click.

About the particular caption, to change the size of the title and subtitle you can use the following classes:
.caption .inner .t1 and .caption .inner .t2
and regulate the size of the font with the font-size property.

Another way is to enable the Multiple Markers on Media Panel and, add the Longitude and Latitude on each extra Pin. To review this setting, go to Page Options > Media Panel and, set Map as Background Type. Then, roll the page a bit to see the rest of the Map options.
