When updating the theme, is there any way to just upload certain updated files or olders that were updated as opposed to uploading entire install of the site via ftp? Also, will the current look of my design be compromised when updating in the future?

As for the updates, you can try Envato market plugin to enable auto update feature. We don’t recommend updates of certain files via ftp. And as for the current look of your design, it should not be affected when updating the theme.

I would like to create my own website and after research i would like to purchase your theme. However I have some questions would like to clarify with you.
1. Skill I am a beginner who has no coding background. However I could deal with drag and drop or sliders. Will it be difficult for beginner to operate with the theme?
2. licenses I would like to use it on my own website; however I plan to link two domains to the same site. Is this still covered under standard license? Also, as a beginner, I would like to test the website on my PC (local host), will there be any license issue?

As for your questions:
1. Our theme is built on WP Bakery Page Builder which is a drag-n-drop page builder. Here is a link to our theme documentation, please visit that link for the reference, it will help you to understand how our theme looks like from the backend. Please also see our video tutorials. You can also get in touch with our support if you face difficulties when develop your site.
2. You can use one license on your local host and a single domain as far as we know. Please get in touch with Envato support for more details about the license.

Amazing theme—i’ve had it for awhile, but am just starting to use it. I did have one simple questions I hoped you can answer here in this thread. I installed the main demo (demo one) and was trying to change the width of a column section from 1/2 + 1/2 to a custom width. The problem is no matter what I enter, either custom or one of the available presets – the arrangement always defaults back to 1/2 + 1/2. Is there a setting that is overriding my changes? If so how can I remove that rule/setting.

Thanks for your kind reply! As for your question, there is no setting that overrides custom inputs so that’s quiet strange that your changes are ignored. Please try to enter something like span4 + span4+ span4 where “4” is a number of columns out of 12 available columns. I must say I am not so happy that I choose Ronneby theme after all.
I tried several times to log in to support page with my purchase code but it just won’t work.
Also, I downloaded new installable files after theme has been updated and installed it in my WP-admin. Activated all needed plugins and still, I can not install choose demo via Appearance-installer panel.
I would be more than happy if I can get my money back…all other themes which I purchased on Envanto Market were great and installation was literally 2 clicks / 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Ronneby….
What is the procedure for requesting money back?

Hi there. Is anyoone else having issues with the latest version of the theme (2.4.0)? Seem the gallery, portfolio and blog pages all have an error now no scripts are working and wordpress bar not loading on top as well as all formatting set in theme options is being ignored.

As for http://rnbtheme.com/seventeen/ your Doc about Side by Side Slider Module is showin left and right modul.- http://themes.dfd.name/ronneby/theme_documentation/ But I do not see any similarity with my backend and the tutorial. Seventeen does not show any visual logic. There is no left or right to see. Frontend editing does not work either… Saying Carousel not supported… How can I get a logic which left item belongs to which right area? Your doc ist showing a color model – Are the Docs outdated?
O.K. – after all, the old way was better as visually very clear what is left and right content. The new way is much too complicated and difficult to adjust…

As far as we can see, you site shows quiet good score on pingdom test but there is a huge problem with the images. The total size of all images is 16.86 M which is really too much. Please make sure that you optimized all the images from your media gallery. It will solve the performance issue for you. We normally use https://tinypng.com/ and https://tinyjpg.com/ services for our websites. Please submit a ticket here for more details.

and I read the message on Appearance> Installer panel. ” You can install only the layout content with WordPress importer from themeforest theme archive>Mainfiles>import>layout>layout.zip to get the needed page without damaging the existing content.”
