Hello, I have been using your theme for most of my development projects in the last few years. The most recent installation has a few issues, some of which don’t occur on past versions. 1. There is no Yelp icon in the social elements, so I can’t use them in the header or footer. I created clickable images of logos in the footer, but they are underlined although I placed text-decoration: none; in every place imaginable. Please either provide a Yelp icon in the social elements or help me get rid of the underlines. 2. The footer and subfooter colors on mobile are not working, although they appear to be set correctly in Footer Section Options. 3. The menu color on mobile is not working, although it appears to be set correctly in Mobile Header Options. Can you please help? Thank you.

1 There is no such social icon in theme. As for the footer, could you please submit a ticket and we’ll check it for you.
2,3 Probably the issue is caused by mobile browser cache, anyway, could you please get in touch with us so we’ll check how the footer, subfooter and header are displayed at our end.

It is WRONG for you to force a banner ad for advertising your services on premium themes that we have paid for on the top of every single admin page. You absolutely need to reconsider this and remove this frustrating and unprofessional feature from your themes!!!! It’s a good theme but I will never buy another from you if you are going to do things like that.

Is there a way to change the width of the dropdown menu on the headers? It’s just way to large and I’d like to to crop to a normal width. I know how to change the color/animation/etc on it but can’t find out where to change the actual size of the background section.

Hey guys, I tried searching for a fix but couldn’t find it for my main header logo issue. I even tried to use a Custom CSS code that you supplied to someone 3 years ago but that didn’t work. Any thoughts on what I can do to make my logo on this site larger without getting squished? I’ve looked into the theme options but those sliders don’t work past 120 for a logo length.

Thumbnails gave me an idea… You have to set the Featured Image in the gallery to have it appear! Did that and now it shows up. Thanks for advice.

Hi Guys
I have a few issues on Woocommerce on mobile. mainly the width of the content is really narrow as if there is a lot of padding left and right, how can I control that?
Also – the small image thumbnails for the products have some weird faded effect on them left and right which I’d like to disable.

Hi Team,
There is a conflict with the theme and Redux Framework. If the Redux Framework Plugin is active then the theme options do not work. Custom color options show as Array and cause issue with the theme headers, Menu Colors etc. Deactivating the Redux Framework Plugin causes a lot of the pages to not display correctly.
Further, there is no ‘recompile theme styles’ options available.
Please let us known how to get past this issue.

When updating the theme, is there any way to just upload certain updated files or olders that were updated as opposed to uploading entire install of the site via ftp? Also, will the current look of my design be compromised when updating in the future?

As for the updates, you can try Envato market plugin to enable auto update feature. We don’t recommend updates of certain files via ftp. And as for the current look of your design, it should not be affected when updating the theme.
