Pre-sales question: two and three years ago in this comments section, I see many posts from the theme authors saying they were working on a knowledge base element, followed by a discussion saying there was now a custom post type to support it, then later discussion of a demo and docs coming soon. Now a couple of years later I can’t find it in the theme sales page, theme demo, seventhqueen docs or KB. Did this feature die and get removed? A way to organize info for users would be super useful within the Kleo ecosystem. Thanks!
Hi there, we don’t have a built in KB option right now. It is best to keep the functionality in plugins so please try to find a plugin for that

Hi, bro. I have a question. Is it safe to use the included plugins in this theme? I mean, shouldn’t it have a license? Some time ago I acquired a theme with free plugins but I had problems later because of malwares and I had to reinstall again my entire wordpress. And I’d like to know if you’d recommend me to buy a license of each plugin. I appreciate your attention.
Hi there, all the included plugins are either free, either paid versions but provided us for you to use for free. We have the extended license and we can redistribute it in our package. You don’t need plugin licenses for the ones we provide with the theme, only if you want direct updates and other features that are activated when you enter a purchase code in the plugin options

Is it me or is there like 10 different places that control the menu styling settings? I can’t find where to change my menu color text to white, i just finally figured out how to change my menu color to black, i forgot how i did that, i tried the theme options section, the customize section the edit page (bottom of the page) settings and tried turning everything i saw that said text color to white and it is still grey. Can you please help me? thank you

Hello, you can start with this demo https://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/get-connected-vertical-form/ Those plugins should work with KLEO. For a chat plugin you need a 3rd party plugin. You can add Ads in sidebar, in content, or before content, after content. rtMedia plugin allows you specify file sizes. Yes it is compatible with WPML. Make sure to use also Buddypress multilingual plugin. Sure thing, also works with Yoast breadcrumbs feature.

In buddypress we activated account settings. If we go to account a user cannot change his visibility preferences. We’ve updatet your theme and all plugins to the latest version.

When leaving a comment, users don’t see a message like ‘your comment has been posted’ or ‘your comment will be moderated’ The page just reloads. Is this a problem on my side or a setting I’m overlooking ?

How do you change the menu to the style as on the medical demo? Now you get a colored bar on hover or when you selected a menu you see a colored bar on top of the selected menu

Hi, I am very interested in this theme. I have few questions though. 1. Is there any option to limit access to features like “Business Listing” based on the membership level? 2. Hello, You can use any restriction system and yes you can use other LMS plugin. Elementor should work, we haven’t yet added our shortcodes in Elementor.
