The reason to use the “nofollow” attribute here because we are using two menus in the same time when page land on browser, 1st menu is for desktop and 2nd for mobile.

“Nofollow” provides a way for webmasters to tell search engines “Don’t follow links on this page” or “Don’t follow this specific link.” Means it will not follow the Mobile Menu Link when you are on Desktop and Vice Versa for mobile.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with the help of Theme Options to set the different headers on different pages although you can show or hide the header as per your requirements on any of the page by using that particular page options.
