Hi there! Trying to fix an issue but its impossible for me… Ecommerce theme, Im trying to add variants (Color, Size…) and it seems that the theme is not adapting well. It looks like you have your variable product configured incorrectly – please check out this tutorial in regards to follow the needed steps.
Essentially, you need to select “variable product” in the product data dropdown and then ensure that your attributes have the checkbox selected for “used for variations”. https://imgur.com/a/pucXkrD

I’m using the Recent Post element on my homepage, in both the “Single Large Featured” and “Minimal” styles.
1) How can I display the date of the post in the meta info area, for both styles?
2) How can I increase/decrease the amount of excerpt text in the “Single Large Featured” style?
I realize this might require some edits to specific files, and/or hopefully can be achieved using the functions.php file. Thanks v much for any help.

1. There’s currently no built in option to do that, you would need to modify the nectar/tinymce/shortcode-processing.php file at the “nectar_recent_posts” function
2. Within the same function as mentioned above, look for this line: nectar_excerpt(20)

Is it possible to show an image metadata’s title on a gallery when clicking on it and activating lightbox? Even though I’ve type information the title does not show. I am using the “Touch Enabled and Spaced (Flickity)”.

For that particular gallery style there’s currently no way to add it, however we just noted to add that functionality into
the theme for the very next release (due out shortly)

Hi, I’ve put some milestones in my site but I don’t want to have commas in numbers (for example 1984 becomes 1,984) how I can disable or hide this commas?
Hey thenewplace, for that you would need to use the alternative animation effect in the Milestone element settings (motion blur slide in)

Hey thenewplace, to have that occur in the default count up style would require a modification to the js/init.js file at this time. Open that file and run a search for the following:
useGrouping : true,
then change it to this and clear your browser cache:
useGrouping : false,

I also noticed when using the Visual Composer, there is now no BUTTON option to add as an element within the design. Only “Social Buttons” options. Is there a way to add Buttons still?

salient/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0, salient/woocommerce/cart/shipping-calculator.php version 3.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0,
I just deleted the Cart folder all together, was that the correct thing to do? It looks a little better on the site, but still off.

The actual page builder itself will become available in product edit pages when using the option “Fullwidth Under Images” for the “Product tab position” in the Salient options panel > WooCommerce tab. If you’re trying to set a template to automatically be used on all future products by default, you could set a template in the WPBalkery page builder plugin settings

Unfortunately not when using a page full screen row setup – this is because the page is never actually scrolling, think of it as simply a vertical slider

Can you check the woocommerce directory inside of your Salient theme folder to ensure that there is no ”cart” directory? The cart directory was removed a few releases ago and if it lingered around in your setup post updating, it would indeed cause issues

Nope its not the case! There is NO ”cart” directory. Looked into ftp in correct folder. Then made other test to add ”cart” directory and page design was even more messed up.
So its possible to solve maybe with CSS? OR any other ideas?

Guys I realize that if you put that code the desktop version works great but in the mobile version the page won’t move to bottom just stay in the top of the page, this is a bug?

The slides within the Nectar Slider fail to load in IE11 on Windows 10. Here’s what my developer has already done:
-After updating the theme to 8.5.6, Win 8.1/IE11 is working as expected. -Win 10/IE11 continues to fail to load the slideshow. -This is caused solely by Nectar Slider. -We are using a static image slider, not video.
