Yes, you can use Impreza for any site including a municipality, if it’s allowed by your local laws and company policy.
Impreza itself has no citizen management tools, so you should use some 3rd party solutions. We didn’t test membership plugins with Impreza yet, but you can check them yourself on this test drive server and choose the one that fits your needs.

After is excellent in everything else, is the best theme that I have worked.

I can’t create a ticket without paying for support. I don’t think this is an issue in which I should pay for support. It is not me misunderstanding how to use the theme or asking how to code something I want to change but rather something going on within the theme itself. Am I misunderstanding? Thanks for your help.

It means that you should renew your support in order to create support tickets, it’s a policy you agree when purchasing an item on ThemeForest.
Impreza itself has no built support for Pinterest, most likely you used some 3rd party solution. How exactly did you Pin?
We just checked all our demo sites and they can be pinned without errors, you can try yourself with http://impreza.us-themes.com so this issue rather related to your particular site, deactivate all 3rd party plugins which aren’t related to Impreza and check again.

Okay, I deactivated all unnecessary plugins & still get the pinning error. I contacted my website host & this is what they said is the problem: “The issue is related to the rules you placed in the .htaccess file of your website. I tested to pin an image using a default WordPress rules and I was able to without any issues. I would advise you or your website developer to review the .htaccess file: /home/jewels73/public_html/.htaccess And remove the rules restricting the usage of pinned images.” I don’t ever mess with the .htaccess so not sure how this could even occur. Do I need to open a support ticket for this resolution?

After adding an SSL certificate, the https version of the theme is completely broken. No header, no images, no styles. Is it possible to use Impreza and have both http and https show up, or will we need to start over with https only?

1. Go to Settings > General and make sure that you changed both URLs to https://
2. Go to Theme Options > Advanced, switch on/off Optimize CSS size and save changes.

However, recently we updated the theme and some plugins and the product containers stopped being square and are rectangular. We specifically bought the theme for its square containers and want to revert back to square. Is it possible and what might be causing the issue?

How can i disabled the portfolio items from been clickable under the portfolio page? When you go to portfolio page here http://impreza.us-themes.com/portfolio-styles/ for instance and mouse over any of the item, it allows clickable, now i don’t want it clickable, i just want the effect is display when mouse over but don’t want it clickable. how can i achieve that?

Is there a way i can display map in contact page without inserting Google API Key? i dont have google api key and i want to display map. Map suppose be independent and display without google api. i should be able to display map with the latitude and longitude details but not showing because no API key

Nope, it requires only your card number but there is no need to pay if you don’t reach the limit (Free until exceeding 25,000 map loads per 24 hours), read the article we shared above.
We didn’t test other maps yet, but you can try them yourself if the Google Map doesn’t fit.

JJ to Sputnik, negative, no change in the situation. tbh before i setup the Cloudflare, the nav-arrow was working… however, it is clear that the source url for the woff fonts is http: thus the mixed content error most likely is not due to css optimization change… not sure if nav-arrow relies on the woff calls or not, but the woff font url should be changed… where Sputnik? what file Sputnik to change http calls to the woff.?

I just updated from 4.2 because I could not do it for some time but now a lot of those settings are gone? Like its not possible to set the style of the menu or the social media icons anymore in the regular theme options? whats going on? Why did you take it away?
Also where to set the logo for the transparent menu? All those settings are gone. They have been there before. There is no reason to remove them?
Hopefully those functions are not moved to the header builder its so much more complicated and so much more work – that is completely unnecessary …

Hi, I’ve noticed a bug on row with parallax. I read through comments: .no-touch div.upb_row_bg.vcpb-default, .no-touch .l-section.parallax_ver .l-section-img, .no-touch .l-section.parallax_fixed .l-section-img { transform: translate3d(0,0,0); } and it works, but there’s also an annoying border at the end of the row (before there wasn’t): https://www.sitowebprofessionale.it/ (the 2 rows with big arrow down effect)

No, the issue is still there (Chrome, last stable build), but parallax image yes.
Unfortunately, we can’t replicate the issue. Try adding next code to Theme Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS:

yes I did. I think problem is on svg tag, because if i try to move it up with chrome debug, I’ve same problem on top.

It isn’t an Impreza issue since these forms aren’t related to Impreza, they were added by some third-party plugins which bring their own styles and they have a conflict with theme styles. Despite this fact we created next code for you, append it to Theme Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS, it should resolve your issue
