The Newsletter in the footer is by default a regular form with no action. You will have to use a newsletter subscription service like MailChimp or your own email form via Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms.
For example if you are using a newsletter service like mailchimp, you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ to create your newsletter subscription form. Your subscription form should be like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/81489eb753c674bcc1d7f1c962a8c54f

Thank you for your interest in our theme. You’ve kept a static block ( used for mega menu ) as a top level menu. Mega menus should never be a top level menu item and should only be at second level.

Hello Ibrahim, I know it right. But I dont know if it was me, I used this version of menu ( https://demo2.madrasthemes.com/electro/home-v3 ) and it has mega menu, those static blocks were hiden on the menu until I deleted all categories. How can I do what you tell me, hide it again on menu and fix this issue? (it calls secondary nav I think). I dont know if categories have something in common with that menu.

the theme is not work, it can’t installed and very long session to installed and get “The link you followed has expired”, why ?
The error “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.” when it occurs during theme upload, it is most likely due to a limitation on upload_max_filesize and post_max_size set by your web host. Please contact your web host to increase these 2 values to at least 32M. Alternatively you can use FTP to upload the theme.

oke, i have increased upload_max_filesize and i can install your theme now, but when i tried to click demo import , it has been 500 Error , i can’t import a demo in dashboard because 500 error , how to solve this problem ?
Error 500 is a common error message. You can find details about the error in your error log which you can send me and I can tell you what exactly is causing the error. The most common reason is the memory exhaustion error which happens when your host allows you low php memory_limit. You can install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ and after activation please navigate to Settings > PHP Info and search for memory_limit. If it is less than 256M, you need to contact your host and ask them to increase.

I have a annoying flicker on my product categories widget I am trying to get rid of. If you look at my site www.99tech.com.au, you see the “Categories” box on the left. If you for example click on the “Arduino” category, it opens that category to show it’s children. But, while opening it, all categories in list jump to the left, and then jump back to the right again.
It is like the HTML looses it’s formatting, and is displayed without the ”>” characters in front of each category for a short duration. Then, it gets formatted again, and the ”>” characters are added in front of each category string.

Hi, I have already contacted support, but no help. Your demo pages also still have this issue. You also confirmed in a previous post that you noticed your demo pages have this issue. It looks VERY unprofessional. A pitty, because you whole theme is really great!
I found a usable solution adding two custom CSS rules. One to hide main content when sidebar is not there. This prevents the flicker when the whole main content shifts left during loading. The second to hide the sidebar while it is loading. This stops the very annoying flicker seen when clicking on a item in the product categories widget. It would be great for many others if you could add this to your themes CSS. Or, even better, if you fix your code when it is loading. Here are my CSS rules:

Hi, First of all great template. Two questions. My department menu v2. is quite large so every time I scroll down it despairs from the home page. I was testing the theme with GTMetrix and Google page speed inside and was amazed by the low score.
It seems that the theme has a serious issue with the images that are resized based on a css resize and not delivering the right size image which impact the score.
Do you intend to fix this issue in the future updates ?

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Please note that Google Page speed is not a measure of speed. It is a measure of various factors that could determine speed.
Images in our demo is optimised to a level where there are no pixelations. Google expects those images to be optimized where the images look pixelated and ugly and the gained advantage is very negligible. Hence our optimisation levels do not match Google’s expectation.

Also please note images are not processed by the theme, the sizes are set via WooCommerce and WordPress process them. Image optimisation cannot be done by theme. It should be done before uploading the image.
And no we do not plan to implement social login because social login feature is in plugin territory.

I was talking about the fact that bigger size images are loaded on page thru css were smaller size are required. I’m not talking about ssuper optimised pixalated pictures, just serving right size images to improve more loading speed.
They are part of footer widgets images and they are only scaled to a smaller size by a few percentage.
Reducing page size with 0.7 Mb from a total of 2.61 Mb will highly reduce page loading time. Sorry to hear that you don’t consider this important. If you will fix this in the future then i will buy your theme.

When I navigate to the product through category 1 breadcrumb presents category 2 as the product standard. Is there any way to configure so that breadcrumb respects the root of navigation in which I got to the product?

Thank you for reaching us. The breadcrumb used in WooCommerce is a standard one. The breadcrumb you are asking for is based on navigation. This type of breadcrumb is not available with WooCommerce. You will have to rely on third-party plugin or custom coding to achieve this.

The theme does not generate the breadcrumb. It only styles the breadcrumb. The breadcrumb generation is done by WooCommerce and this is the exact code that does that : https://docs.woocommerce.com/wp-content/images/wc-apidocs/source-class-WC_Breadcrumb.html#138 and you can see it uses get_ancestors for a given term which is explained here : https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_ancestors
The breadcrumb uses the ancestors generated by WordPress and not determine its own.
