Hi I just purchased your Rehub Theme. I tried to open the demo site clones but none of the download links for the themes are working I cannot download and install any of the themes Any Suggestions ?

Hi, after importing from the csv file, and selecting create WooCommerce Products, then selecting in the tab WooCommerce Add-On – product Type “External / Affiliate product” I get the information: “Upgrade to the Pro edition of WP All Import and the WooCommerce Add-On to Import to Variable, Affiliate, and Grouped Products. If you already own it, do not forget to buy the Pro edition. Do I have to buy the Pro version? Let me know.

May I just add that the “deal list layout” works perfect, but when clicking on the link or the thumbnail it takes you to the deal (outside the website) instead of displaying the description of the deal.

I read documentation and saw your videos but it looks outdated, can i add prices from multiple vendors manually or i need content egg pro plugin for that? also for tracking price changes do i need pro plugin and how to do that? thanks 
this does not compare prices for a single product from external sites like amazon+ebay it has only option to compare product prices of items you have already posted its very confusing… i thought it can track price for ie. samsung s8 from amazon and ebay and auto adjust it if it changes

One license is for 1 website (including subdomains). There is no restrictions to use one license on multiple sites, but you can register license only for one website. License registration gives access to demo stacks and download links of bonus plugins (RH Frontend PRO, extensions for wordpress all import plugin and specification builder plugin). Other bundled plugins (Visual composer, MDTF) don’t require license activation. Also, support is for one domain per license.
I have purchased content egg and affiliate egg separately after i installed rehub theme. I came to know about CE and AE only from the suggestions made by ReHub although i din’t go from any links in rehub docs. I see that you offer a 25% discount for both with some codes. How do I get these discounts on the price i already paid for CE and AE. ? Thanks
You can use REHUB25 coupon, but authors don’t return difference in price if you already purchased. You can use coupon for next purchases

I just purchased the theme couple of days back. I can’t find all the other mentioned shops under content egg settings. Except Amazon, all other India shops are missing. Shops like croma.com, ebay.in, firstcry.com, flipkart.com, homeshop18.com, jabong.com are not there.
Do I have to buy Content egg pro separately?

Hi, I can’t seem to find how to not show the product details short description on my shop page under each product. How do I remove the description from that area?
you can use another product layout which are without description. Theme option – shop settings – Set design of woo archive
Hi I tried that initially and none of those options get rid of the short description. The only way I’ve seen to get rid of it is by actually not including a short description in the product information but I want it there so it shows on the single product page. I only want it gone on the shop page. Those options are not clearing it out.

It’s not from our theme. Maybe you add custom element in theme option – shop settings or it’s from one of your woocommerce plugins
It is the short description that is there when you add a product. You know where you can enter a description and a short description to show up on your product page? On the demo the short description shows on the product page but not on the shop page. That is what I want. How are you getting it to not show on the shop page?
Oh never mind I get what you are saying. You did not do anything because it isn’t a feature of the theme. Got it. I will go through the plugins to see what is causing this. Thank you for helping me.

Hi. I found a bug in the images slider Shortcode. It only shows a part of the image, not the entire image. For seeing the full image, I have to change the tab and open it again. And this procceding with every image of the slider. I recorded a video:
I updated my Rehub to last version right now, clear de Caché and I tried this with Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Firefox explorer in differents computers. Nothing works and the bug persists. How Can I Solve it?
