Love your theme, but since this theme never upgrade anything new like auto load post or fix that weird thing happen with avatar of author when they comment ( just blank avatar, no matter how i try to upload the avatar, it still not show up) so good luck with sale with your old ass attitude.

well i tried the wp automatic plugin to pull the content from youtube, the other theme is working fine, show the avatar https://prnt.sc/kb8xfr meanwhile your theme is basicly blank: https://prnt.sc/kb8x2p. How is that suppose to be fine?

Well our theme was never tested with pulling content from external sources. the default avatars and comments work fine if used the theme intended way and only using tested and recommended plugins.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
You will most definitely find countless other plugins that will not be compatible with the theme, but that is not a turning point for any premium theme. Plugins are created for the default WordPress code. Premium themes use custom code to provide the extra functionality. Some plugins will not recognize this custom code. The fact that a certain plugin works on a particular theme, it does not mean it will work on all premium themes. It i just the way themes and WordPress work. Unfortunately no theme is compatible with all plugins out there.

Hi there…I’m trying to use a different thumbnail as Featured image and different thumbnail for Facebook through Yoast SEO. But everytime i’m debugging Facebook, it’s showing me the featured image thumbnail and not the Yoast thumbnmail. I need two different thumbnails – one for website blocks/modules and another for Facebook and Twitter. Please help!

In order to add a specific image through yoast for Facebook sharing, you must first remove the theme og image and then activate the og image from yoast. It is necessary to go to the permanent links section and save even if no changes are made. This is a bug that is not mentioned in the documentation. I found the solution in a forum after wasting a lot of time searching.

The issue is not mentioned in the documentation as it was not always this way. Only the latest version of the theme provided this issue and it will be fixed in the next theme version. Bugs are not presented in the theme’s documentation. They are fixed in future updates. This will be fixed in the next theme release.

Before I buy – I see in your showcase the theme supports full width but when I checked the documentation it only talked about Full Width via Visual Composer. Can’t your page builder do full width?

Unfortunately for the Newsmag theme, there is no way to have a full width layout. The Newspaper theme however allows full with on all templates using the tagdiv composer page builder and the cloud library plugin. If you need full width layouts, then we recommend our Newspaper theme.

There was an update to the included Weather Widget which meant you needed an API however there is no documentation regarding this – As a result we had to stop using it as it stated we didn’t have an API – Can you fix this ?
The Exchange settings also requires an API but there is no documentation of where you get this ?

Bug? I have a problem since the last update (v 4.5), when if I place an adsense ad at the bottom of the sidebar on single post it only shows a blank space. I’ve also discovered that if I instead place a widget at the bottom of the sidebar, such as a social counter (for example), which is immediately below an adsense ad, the social counter shows but not the ad. This only happens on article/blog posts – works fine on pages. Tested using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge – problem occurs on both.

Sorry but the Newsmag theme does not allow the content to be increased in size. The Newsmag content width is fixed and there is no option to increase it unfortunately.
