Hello, recently update the theme from 8.2 to 8.8.2, since I update it I got problem 503 and find out its from td-composer. Any clue how to fix this? and I already contact my hosting provider and they says no server issue.
Can I just downgrade it? but I dont have 8.2 file. thx

WARNING to anyone looking to purchase this theme: the built-in Pinterest share button does not pull the image when sharing a post, it will pull the title and populate in the description but won’t pull the image. I had to use a sharing plugin which slowed my site down, even though this theme is already slow. Thanks

Hi Bogdan, I’ve done it and still don’t work, had to use a social plugin to get it to work (went through all the steps), this was for Lifestyle demo. Another thing – your theme doesn’t give option of specifying which posts to display ads under. My theme setup is that I have “latest posts” instead of specific page displayed as my home page, so it displays all of my latest posts in order (tried to use the demo and built-in visual editor but got an error – my site is old), in my previous theme I could specific which blog posts to display ads under on the home page, here is the code I used:

Sorry but our theme does not allow ads to be set on particular posts. The ad system in our theme places the ad across the whole website, not specific posts at a time. The code you posted will not work with our theme unfortunately. you will have to find a plugin that can provide the implementation you need.

I am using Newsmag on my website The problem is with Whatsapp social sharing button. When I click on Whatsapp Icon under post title to share the post, Whatsapp open to select contact. After selecting the contact, Whatsapp message box is pre-filled with only post title when it should have a link to the post. Only post title is being sent to the contact without hyperlink to the post.

Please use seo by yoast and enable the OG image for social network sharing. By default if no OG image is selected, there will be none when sharing.

The image issues usually happen when using both the tagdiv composer and wpbakery page builder at the same time. Please disable wpbakery and the images should work properly again. Please do not use 2 page builders at the same time.

When I save the ajax saving just spins? But I turned all plugins off and it still doesnt save.
Nevermind, I figured it out. I put the theme on a blog in a subdirectory. the main wordpress has wordfence firewall on it. Once I white listed my IP address all worked fine. Wordfence main wordpress site was blocking me from saving.

Sorry but our theme does not offer a layout that can replicate the block in question. The sorting options in our theme are presented here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ you can use many sorting options to get the post you need to show in a particular block but there is no option for the numbers on the blocks unfortunately.

Hi. I am wondering if there is a way to keep the thumbnails in the category top post styles on a category page the same size as the thumbnails in the article list on that page when viewed on a mobile device? As it is now, for example, if I choose Grid Full 3 as a category top post style and also choose Module 5 as my article list on that category page, and then view it on a cell phone, the thumbnails in the Grid Full 3 become elongated (much wider than they are high), while the thumbnails in the Module 5 are good size (ratio). How can I get the Grid Full 3 thumbnails to appear as ratio-sized in a mobile device? I hope I explained that okay!

The big grids have their own style for mobiles. You cannot change the layout for a big grid from the theme settings unfortunately. However, using the new cloud library plugin ,you can use other elements besides a top grid and post loop. You can use the tagDiv composer to create your category page templates and change the layout using your preferred blocks. Please check this guide to learn how to import a template and then you can edit it using the page builder and apply it to your categories: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Great plugin and can’t wait to use it. However, when I activated it on my site as per instructions, I see the ADD NEW link under CLOUD TEMPLATES while the admin page loads, but as soon as it does, the ADD NEW item disappears and all I have is CLOUD TEMPLATES with no means to add one. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thank you.

Please update your theme and cloud library plugin. This issue has been fixed in the current version of the theme. It was a responsiveness issue where on smaller screens the button would go off screen. You can try to zoom out the browser a bit to see the button right now and update the theme and plugin in order to fix the issue.
