You have to “Disable Preloader” in the “Theme Options”>”General”. After that, your “black loading page” will not display on the site.

Bought this theme for a project we were working on. However, the experience could have been much better. It took many days to hear back from support so due to the time-sensitive nature of this project and the horrible instructions we were unable to continue using this theme. Although the author admitted that this should never have happened they are stilling unwilling to refund our money. We will avoid their work in the future. It’s a pretty theme but unless you want to be going back and forth with messages trying to get things figured out choose a different theme and different author altogether.
We were able to get this resolved. They very much wanted to help us out, its just the time crunch made it impossible. Will be willing to try one of their themes in the future.

The demo/live preview itself take more than 30 seconds to load, Why should i get this theme…

We do not scale many images on this demo and that’s why page speed is lower than usually. However, all images should be scaled/cached on client’s side. If you will upload plain theme, you will see that page speed is really good.

I’m having trouble with the demo content as well. And the support content is lacking. It mostly seems to be general information. I would like the my site to look like the demo site to start working. But it’s still an empty site, except for the individual pages import. (To me that’s not a demo) I can’t seem to locate the builder templates either?

Ok. I was able to import more of the demo content. The “max execution time” had to be set to 120 by my web hosts. Even then, I’m not sure everything imported properly. There’s no menu set up. And in terms of support- here’s an example: It says “Instagram access token – add Instagram access token credentials” DUH! But it doesn’t say how to get that or give a link like themes. I believe this should be done through the theme programmers?
Next. When you change the typography the “site logo” font does not change.
There’s no way to get rid of the Search feature in the header options.
In the social links widget you have dribble and behance, but not Youtube?... in a template for photographers?

This is a beautiful. But how on earth do you use it? I can’t figure out how to add images. I’m trying to get my home page to look like the Creative Landing page option. The “instructions” don’t tell me nothing on how to get images to display or where to place them in the theme so that the show up. I did the full demo import and only thing that really imported in was text. No images. I’m at a lost. Also, it would have been nice if the price of the The Grid plugin was noted on the themes description. I had no idea this would be a separate $27 or $29 in my case. I really like the look/feel of the theme. But there’s no breakdown on how to set it up at all.
