Hey guys sent you message here through support and on your fox themes support contact form. Can you get back to me I can’t import demo content. Without it this is useless to me
Hi there,
I apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. To import the demo content successfully, please follow these steps:
Make sure you’ve installed all the required plugins. You can do this under “Appearance” > “Install Plugins.”
Once all required plugins are installed, head over to “Appearance” > “Import Demo Data.”
This should allow you to import the demo content smoothly. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you via this link.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Hi Brayan I did all of that and import runs but after awhile I get 502 error and none of my websites actually work as nginx is shoqing 502 error (they all share php as I’m using WordOps). I have to reboot VM to get it working again. Some photos get added to Media Library but that’s it. I have already sent message using that link with all the details
Hello there,
I’m sorry to hear about the 502 error during the import process. This error typically occurs due to resource limitations on the server or a timeout during the import. It’s important to note that server configurations can vary, and the theme is compatible with PHP.
Regarding the photos, please be aware that some of the demo content images may have copyright issues. To avoid potential legal concerns, we recommend using your own images with proper licenses.
To resolve the 502 error and potential server-related issues, I suggest checking your server logs for more specific error details. If the problem persists, consider contacting your hosting provider for assistance.
If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Best regards,
Hi Brayan,
All good I was not aware that with Google Compute Engine VM you have to set swap file manually. Thanks for the input.

Eduard
hopefully last question
admin-ajax.php generates stylesheet (even though I’m not logged in) and sets this style, which I can’t find in any files within your theme:
/FOOTER/
”#topmenu ul li a” { font-family: “Montserrat”, sans-serif !important; }
”#topmenu ul ul li a” { font-family: “Montserrat”, sans-serif !important; }
I can find it mentioned in these files though: wp-content/plugins/booked/vendor/fortawesome/wordpress-fontawesome/compat-js/build/compat.js wp-content/plugins/the_grid/includes/google-fonts.php wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/params/vc_grid_item/templates.php wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/params/google_fonts/google_fonts.php wp-content/plugins/js_composer/config/templates.php wp-content/plugins/wiso-plugins/cs-framework/config/framework.config.php wp-content/plugins/wiso-plugins/cs-framework/fields/typography/google-fonts.json wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/countries.php wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/woocommerce.pot wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-blocks/assets/js/base/components/country-input/stories/countries-filler.ts wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/client/admin/chunks/customize-store.js wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/client/admin/components/index.js wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php
BTW on your demo site Open Sans is loaded but here it’s overriden by admin-ajax.php
Any ideas I can’t override font in any of your theme files or in theme customisation with added custom CSS
all good found it in theme options section
Hey there,
Sounds great to hear that you found that.
If you have additional questions, please feel free to let me know.
Thank you and all the best.
Dude the theme is really shitty. The edits are not properly getting updated. So freaking slow on usage and too many confusing elements. Nothing as promised in the offer.
Please guide me through the refund process. I have spent a lot of time on adjusting things and its completely slowing my work. What a waste of time.

hello, urgent question: can a png image logo be integrated in the transparent header, that changes from white to a black version when scrolling down? This works now with pure text, but not with an image. Thank you
Hello,
Regarding your question about integrating a PNG image logo in the transparent header that changes from white to a black version when scrolling down, this would require a customization approach. Typically, this functionality involves having separate image files for the white and black versions of your logo and using JavaScript to trigger the change upon scrolling.
If you are comfortable with coding or have a developer, you can implement this by creating a section in your header for both image elements and using JavaScript to swap between them based on the scroll position.
If you need assistance with the customization, feel free to provide more details, and I’ll do my best to guide you further.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Brian

how can i make the website faster i believe that it is slow
Hello,
Improving your website’s speed is crucial for a better user experience and SEO ranking. Here are some steps to make your Wiso theme-based website faster:
- Optimize Images: Large images can slow down your site. Use tools like Photoshop or online image compressors to reduce image file sizes without compromising quality.
- Use a Caching Plugin: Consider using a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache. Caching stores static versions of your pages, reducing the server load and speeding up page loading times.
- Minimize Plugins: Every plugin you install can add to your website’s loading time. Review your plugins and remove any that are no longer necessary. Keep only essential ones and make sure they are updated to their latest versions.
- Content Delivery Network (CDN): A CDN like Cloudflare or StackPath can distribute your site’s content across multiple servers worldwide. This reduces server load and improves loading times, especially for visitors from different geographic locations.
- Implement Lazy Loading: Lazy loading delays the loading of non-essential content (like images or videos) until a user scrolls down the page. This can significantly improve initial page load times.
- Regular Updates: Ensure that your WordPress, theme, and plugins are up-to-date. Developers often release updates to improve performance and security.
- Optimize Database: Use a plugin like WP-Optimize to clean up your WordPress database. This removes unnecessary data and can improve website speed.
- Choose a Fast Hosting Provider: Your hosting provider plays a significant role in website speed. Consider upgrading to a faster hosting plan or migrating to a hosting provider known for speed and reliability.
- Reduce HTTP Requests: Minimize the number of HTTP requests your site makes by combining CSS and JavaScript files and using asynchronous loading where possible.
- Enable GZIP Compression: Compressing your website files before sending them to the user’s browser can significantly reduce loading times. You can enable GZIP compression through your hosting or via a plugin.
Remember that website speed optimization is an ongoing process. Regularly monitor your site’s performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix, and make adjustments as needed.
If you encounter specific issues or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

This is the most frustrating theme I have ever bought. I am finding it impossible to use and I can’t find the theme options panel and the WPBakery site builder is very slow and won’t let me make changes. I’m at my wits end.
I’m sorry to hear about the frustration you’re facing with the theme. We genuinely value your feedback, and we’re here to assist in resolving these challenges.
The theme options panel should be accessible from the WordPress dashboard, typically located at the very bottom of your left panel. Additionally, slow performance with WPBakery might be due to various factors, including the site’s hosting environment or conflicting plugins.
We’re committed to helping you navigate these issues and achieve a positive experience with the theme. To assist you effectively, we would need more specific details about the issues you’re encountering.
If you could provide us with access to your site’s backend, we’ll be able to investigate and address the issues directly. You can share your site credentials with us through our official support channel at https://foxthemes.me/support/.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you, and we look forward to resolving these challenges together.
Best regards,
Brian.
The last update is broken.
“Wiso – WordPress – (v1.7) Stylesheet is missing.”
Hello,
It seems the issue is related to the theme package. Please ensure you’re uploading the theme file zip, not the main theme package.
Best regards.
I am not able to edit the slider on the homepage. Please help me, where and how I can edit the slider in website https://www.colorpicturesfilm.com/beta/
We have replied to your ticket.
on which ticket? Please share the link
Hello,
Can you check your email using which you sent the ticket. We have replied to that email.
Please refund me, i don’t have time to debug and work with a broken theme, there are just too many issue with this theme. I should have checked the reviews and comments first but i just want a refund so i can move on and work with another theme. Thanks.
Hello,
Can you let us know what problems are you facing?
I don’t see any tickets by your username.
Have you contacted our suppor team?
Like i said, i don’t have time to work with your support. You theme is broken, i installed it in a fresh WordPress installation and there are too many issues and red flags with it, i don’t want to use it. I needed a quick website and moved on on another theme. Please refund.
And if you really want to know :
- The “wiso plugin” break some CSS in the admin area (it may be only aesthetic but it’s really concerning)
- The “booking” plugin issue a fatal error with font awesome
- One the required plugin “upqode-google-maps” does not exist anymore on the WordPress repo !
- The demo importer is completely broken and not working
I’ve tested the theme on 2 WordPress 6.1.1 fresh installs, I’m used to install lot of themes and plugins and never had so many problems. I never refunded anything here.
Lot of other users are reporting the same issues, i don’t want to work and be stuck with such a problematic theme, that’s why I’m asking a refund.
Please refund.

I purchased this theme and it seems that the WooCommerce files are out of date. Is there an ETA on when the theme will be updated to fix this issue?
Hello,
Wiso update will be released on or before March 15, 2023.
Hello
It is now the 17th of March 2023. Was there a delay in pushing out the update that was supposed to be released on the 15th?
Yes, there is delay. We will be releasing on March 20. Thanks for reaching out.
Hello,
I’m guessing there is another delay? Is the holdup the new WordPress version release? Additional information on why there is a holdup/delay would be appreciated, thanks.
Yes, there is a hold up. You will get notified about the release anytime before the end of this month.
I’m guessing there is another delay?
Yes, it will be live now within 48 hours.
Should we expect the update sometime next month just to be safe? Since 48 hours have come and gone.
Hello, I purchased the theme and tried to install it on my site. but the installation fails. It does not import all the pages present in the demo and not even the images. Have any of you had the same problem? how did you solve it?

Already responded to your ticket.
NO, you didn’t! You requested all the access – once for the site, another mail for the HTP and I provided the last one that 4 days ago and then I have no answer.
I really hope I’ll get some real support or refund, coz 1 week is too much delay for any support.
Your ticket is responded. Actually for some technical reason my previous response to your ticket was not sent out from our system. Apologies!
I bought and downloaded WISO for my webpage, however there are some errors in the theme files. Also, it contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files, and it does not allow me to setup WooCommerce. Please update these files or help how to address this issue.

Hi, I think I’ve found a bug – ‘foxlazy is not a function’ which is causing wrong loading of menu on mobile devices.
Is there a easy way to solve it? Can it be solved by theme update?
