I have purchased the theme and have opened tickets for support These are my issues

1. Logo color white – makes it white in sticky header also – and that makes it invisible 2. Logo image doesnt show on slider, only on sticky header 3. Product Zoom doesnt work 4. Unwanted space/margin of 20px on top of page 5. Mobile view doenst have the menu

Please respond urgently, if not please refund I will buy a different theme

Would probably only take you ten minutes to create a french language file. The theme is translation ready so you would just need to edit one file to add the language.

yup but don’t have time and maybe not skills to do that. you should do it and advertise it so you sell more to french

I have a question about 2 thing the zoom function of the product, u can click on it for full size vieuw and zoom in on it right? But can you choice how much?

And lastly how many paying methodes are there?

There are lots of plugins available that will give you multiple zoom options if you didn’t want to use the standard one.

The theme uses the standard Woocommerce payment methods.

Hi,

When I try to install the demo content with the One Click Demo plugin, it throws me an error: “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”. I tried all the solutions that are in the web, but it didn’t work (php memory, .htacces file, plugin deactivation, etc.). I contacted my server provider, but they didn’t know what was going on. I created a ticket yesterday.

I thought I’d try the latest update on my site. I had heavily customised the old version with a child theme. The new version does not work at all. It completely destroys the look of my site. Are the theme options all moved to the customizer? If so why are the docs not updated? Either way this latest update is a disaster so I have rolled back. releasing a new version after 2 years is crazy.

Yes it uses Visual Composer page builder and its easy to add or remove elements from the pages.

I bought a template Luxi and during the installation of the required plugins such as Visual Composer and Slider Revolution appeared error 404 (not found). There are no plugins under the links indicated for download.

Pictures were also not downloaded. Are you all right with the download server? The main download links does not work.

Looks like very latest WooCommerce update has rendered a few template overrides out-of-date. Could you get a fix out asap? Previous update was OK (even with outdated templates) but this one has broken some layout especially on shop and archive pages. I think they have changed the way category / subcategory functions work.

Any update to this? Latest WooCommerce has revealed more out-of-date templates; I have added overrides to my child theme, but it would be great if you could keep Luxi up-to-date too
