hello,

i have installed Wordpress locally. on porto theme wizard visual composer and revolution slider failed while installation

how can i solve the problem

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.

If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.

You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.

But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.

Sorry to say that but the HTML files is not included in the Theme Package you can Customize the Theme via PHP,,CSS,JS files of the Theme as per your requirements.

Please go to Appearance >> Widgets and edit the Footer Bottom Widget, you will find Custom Menu Widget in it, just edit it and set as per your requirements.

Hello. I’m trying to install the theme but when I go to activate it tells me: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’.’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/agenzias/public_html/sabevo/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/plugins/plugins.php on line 24”

I reinstalled it together with wordpress 4 times but always the same error. I am using a version of the theme where I have already activated the license. I would just like to do a test importing some csv of woocommerce, and in case they go well I would make a new license for another site. The theme package I downloaded from the envato download section, where I had already bought it! What’s the problem? I do not want to spend some money and then the site maybe does not work with the new wordpress

I am instaling this theme for the first time and i cant install 2 plugins, WPBakery Visual Composer and Revolution Slider, i am using Local by Flywheel.

Hi Porto support team, My menu was written in upper and lower case like this: Piano, but since the last update, the menu contains only uppercase letters like PIANO. Is this normal? And how to return to a writing as I had before? Thanks

Hello, I’ve just installed this wonderful theme and want to change the mini-cart icon. I looked through the comments and see where I can go to: Theme Option >> Header >> Mini cart to change the icon, however, I don’t anything with that option? Please advise.

I have done a fresh install after having trouble with the previous site. I went through the wizard and imported the Shop 1 demo. The header looks all wrong, even though its set to Header 1 in Theme Options > Header > Header Type.

I was hoping to correct any css problems by using the Import / Export feature, but there doesn’t appear to be any .json file for Shop 1 to import anywhere in the theme files downloaded from themeforest.

Please can you kindly advise me how to fix the broken header?

Note, the footer also looks wrong and is missing the blue ‘Get in Touch’ tab.

I have run my own hosting services for over 18 years and I can assure you that curl is already installed. If you read my comments, I did a fresh install earlier and the registration process worked; I even provided you with screenshots of the working site. The license registration process only failed after I changed all instances of the word “porto” to “mythemefolder” in all the files found in the theme. I am happy to do a fresh install again, however, please can you address the question… you previously posted a link on how to change the theme folder name, but this link took me to a site that explained how to change the User profile name, not the theme folder name. Can you post the correct link? or explain how to achieve this? It worked on previous versions of Porto. I have not updated for many months, so not sure when changes to Porto prevented me from changing the theme folder.

Hi, I used to clear My site cache using WP Super Cache…..now the problem is… Product Price is not showing including TAX I’ve added all the settings…and have experience too…. right now product TAX price automatically disappears from the shop pages.. but it appears in the cart and checkout page. I have a question. If i am currently running another theme and a functional site with products, If i switch to Porto would i face a lot of issues? Would it be difficult to load a demo layout and remain functional for sales? Also would the theme be compatible with the 3.43 Woo Commerce version?

It depends on your current Theme, If your current Theme uses Woocommerce Plugin for setting up the products then hopefully it will not create lot of issues for you and yes our latest Theme is fully compaitable with the latest Woocommerce version 3.4.3.

Hello Team, You developed a great theme.

We need one help form you.

When user place a comment (Write Reviews) on the product site admin and user not receive email and also admin give a replay of comment a user also not receive email.

Listed below thing we already verified. 1) setting -> discussion Email me whenever=> Already enable

2) Other all emails are received like all orders emails, contact form 7 email etc.

3) The email address also correct.

Can you please explain your issue more clearly if possible with the help of screenshots and as far as I understand your issue I think you will not see the changes on your site front-end after making it from Theme Options:

Solution

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

OR

I think it’s your cache issue. Please remove your browser, site and server cache and cookies then check your site or check your site on other computer or laptop, I hope you will not find any issue.
