Hi. I am using a nulled version of your theme and I must confess you have an awesome theme here.
I wish to purchase the main theme from you but I have some pre-purchase questions.
Currently I’m facing a major problem with the theme and I will like to know if buying the licensed theme will fix the error permanently.
The problem is that members of my site get logged out all the time and I am also experiencing the same. They keep getting logged out on visit to every pages even when they are logged in. I will like to know if buying the theme will fix this issue permanently or that is a general problem with the theme.
The login modal box doesn’t redirect users when they try to login neither is the widget box, it keeps them on the same page and when you click on any page of the site, you get logged out and asked to be logged in again.
I await your kind reply. I love this theme and I look forward to buying it once I know this is not a normal or major theme problem.

This is what can happen when you download illegal versions of a theme. You get an outdated copy, potentially packed with malware and no support from the theme author when something goes wrong.
This issue does not happen on the latest version of the theme, so you may just need the updated version.

I’m not really sure what you mean, but it doesn’t sound like something the theme does. This is a WordPress theme that supports the BuddyPress plugin.
Pre-purchase question. From the demo, I can’t see an option for members creating their own groups and forums.

You can allow users to create their own groups using BuddyPress – this is disabled in the demo. Users cannot create their own forums in bbPress by default.

Hello! Found out the problem of authorization of users through social networks. I use the Social Login plugin from OneAll. Checked all the settings of the plugin, everything is correctly configured for me. After attempting to authorize through this plugin, the user first logs into his account on the social network and then returns to my site, but the page is not created for him.
Wordpress version: 4.9.8 Socialize Theme version: 2.34 Social Login plugin version: 5.4.3
What is the problem and how to solve it?

Hello i have a pre-sale question, i want creat a collaborative blog (news) and all the posts will be created by the members and they can interact on the groups. is that possible with your template and buddypress? the home page has to be like a news/magazine with categories and the visitor can join the community and post as well. If you want users to post from the frontend then you’ll need to use a plugin as User Submitted Posts with the theme. Everything else you mention is possible with the theme.

The theme comes with a POT translation file so you can translate all the theme text to Arabic yourself.
Do you mean RTL? If so the theme does not support this.
What about sidebars?

Also, with this theme, can I change the way the images are displayed at top? Right now it shows 3 images, I would like that to be 5 or 6, like a post loop grid. Is there a provision in the theme for this?

The theme has options to change the fonts globally. If you only want to change the font size for the forums, you’ll need to use CSS, which you can add via the theme options. I can provide you with the CSS if you decide to purchase the theme.

Yes of course. The theme comes with v5.5, they released a small update (v5.5.1) a few days ago. I don’t like to release a new theme update every time a plugin is updated, but you can expect this update shortly.

The theme uses the WordPress Social Login plugin, which still looks supported from what can I see. If you’re using a really old version of the theme, it’s likely an older plugin used to be supported. I suggest updating the theme.
in all thank you very much and do appreciate all your efforts on this theme as you where the one that greatly supported me in learning more especially on areas to adv acing some functionality in the buddy-press platform. As to some of my old tickets in the platform you can close them as I was able to resolve them after few research both also finding ways to add full name on the user profile and css-ly customize the profile page
So hopefully if you have a code that could do this and share i would be more grateful but if not could you kindly point be on some on some key areas to look at to make it work. As such I would look at finding ways to to add this function to the the child on my site. In all Thank you and wish you the best. Although i may not be able to support fully on the areas of the support I would try on sharing few extra functions idea I feel the theme may need that would help enhance your sales.

Thanks for the nice comments, but as you said yourself you will need to renew your support in order to get help on this issue. I can’t offer customers support for free, especially for what is essentially a customisation request when other customers are paying for support – it just isn’t fair.
Thanks very much. I guess you miss understood me. I found a way to implement that for me yesterday to my Sub-site. I was only suggesting because I noticed this theme is good on keeping updates but bad at adding custom functionality to the public. To public I mean adding other features in general to itself. It just feels the same even since I started with it. On my part I had already changed most of its look on my multi-site to the point if any one said I was using this theme there would be doubts. What I mean is the way you met the looks and features of the theme so is the way you would meet it in years to come except you request a custom support. And I pray one would not be asked for a custom quote if asking too much changes. I love this theme no doubt, but I feel it lacking some thing True there are many themes that can not be as good as this theme, but the plain truth is that there are some themes that surpass this both in community updates, changes and implementation I am not critiquing this theme in general as if there is a score to give I would say a 7/10 Pro: good updates time Continuous works done to improve the speed time Continuous works to make it compatible to word-press ever changes
cons: Always a custom request. Even till now I guess the demo still has the same @username and does not have full name support (don’t tell me to ask support on this one because I did when I had theme support but did not work well as I was only given a link to do more research on my own till I found a possible way to do it thanks to few other WordPress developers I got to know and learned how to disable its CSS and made few changes.)
Sorry but if you took me wrongly: I was asking if this feature could be implemented for all that is why I place it in comment than sending an email so other users who feel this can help their theme look can request it but as said theme support; So, they can ask using theme support if they want. Am not saying support is a bad thing it is very good but again I feel it is so enclosed where users can not share their thoughts on what can help improve the theme. If you ask what I mean about improve the theme; I mean share thoughts an idea on what can make the theme the best of the best.
Generally, I make use of over 5 themes on my multi site and about 3 of them have a public ticket submission. here users can suggest some general functions publicly and can also make private support which is hidden. Having this those three themes had had major changes where their looks and functions had changed dramatically to the first time I started with them. As also that is where most customs codes written by the customers are used by the developer to advance the theme in general. And since if a user posts a public ticket all users can see it and share their ideas to improve the code and make a theme one that can not be compared to. While all private tickets are hidden between author to specific user where custom ideas user does not what to share out are pasted there. As for me I am low budgeted, and would pay if I had enough but for now I do the custom works my self, so am sorry I can not pay the 41 dollar support now, since I had already done it my self. So, I was only asking in general to if it could be added for all as, it may seem unfair to all I would keep my thoughts to my self and be grateful you keep the theme up to date. As authors we have to weigh up the time spent on implementing new features versus the money we get back from it. Since we don’t get paid for updates it’s not really incentivised unless your theme is new or a top seller. Also when you bought the theme, you bought it for what it looked like and the features it had, you didn’t buy it for things it would have in the future. I’m not going to change the look of the theme, this would be confusing to customers who purchased the theme to look a specific way – it makes much more sense to release a new theme in this case. However over the years I have definitely added new features and will continue to do so and if a feature becomes highly requested it is usually always added down the line.
As for the @username, this is generated by BuddyPress not the theme. I’m not exactly sure what you’re referring to though?

Hello ! My company is going to buy this theme but we have some questions..We would like to build a forum, with awesome graphics and design, your theme fulfills these conditions. But we would like to use bbpress for build the forum, and not buddypress which is more useful if we want to create a social network. Can you assure us that we will find the same features and the same graphics presented in the demo if we only use bbpress and not buddypress? Thank in advance for your response.

The theme already uses bbPress to generate the forum seen in the demo, it does not use BuddyPress, which does not have any forum functionality.
The forum seen in the demo can be set up on your installation just using bbPress and no other plugins.
