thx for getting back and I am glad for the recent update – however, i have checked your facebook and no recent log updates (last post was in May) so no log there either. Presale question – does ark support a microsite feature, where all the content is just on one single homepage and the nav links slide up and down to the sections on the page? And if ark does support microsite, does it work when I have blog posts (and with the nav jumping to sections on the homepage when reading a blog) —thanks. 1) There are some in the “Section Library” which can be access by the first button at the bottom of each Fresh Builder canvas.
2) Yes but not directly on the same page. There is a small workaround though. You can use Composer on the page and then insert content from Fresh Builder using “Ark > Templates” that can be printed via shortcodes in Composer’s Text element.

I have purchased a license, and I have a message here when activating that updates and support are only valid for half a license. I do not have this message with another ARK license. I have had my first license for more than half a year, but will continue to receive updates. Has that been changed? Do I now have to buy one license per page every six months?

Hello, 1. How do I edit color, size, and font settings for the variation text of individual product pages? Currently, the text is white and not visible against my white background. 2. Are there instructions for WooCommerce? 3. I also want to remove “Notify me of new posts by email” from the Reviews section at the bottom of the product page. How do I do that?

1) WC pages are constructed via “Ark > Sitemap”. You will be able to find these options there.
2) You will want to follow the official WooCommerce docs. When it comes to integration, you can find relevant WC options in “Ark > Sitemap” and in Fresh Builder there is around 20 custom WC elements you can use. It follows similar workflow as building other parts of a site so you will want to check our regular documentation too, specifically Sitemap, Layouts, Loops, etc.
3) I wouldn’t know, that is a specific WooCommerce feature so you would need to discuss it with them or look in their documentation. Alternatively it could be a builder element in Sitemap, I don’t think it is but you can check.

There are no options in “Ark > Sitemap” for the products’ variable text only. Could this be happening due to a CSS conflict with the bootstrap framework? I added this code and was able to fix the issue…

WooCommerce is sometimes used as fallback templates and they make it hard for us 3rd party developers to break them down into smaller pieces without compromising plugin compatibility with other WooCommerce related plugins. But we have done what we could and added 20 WooCommerce elements into the builder which is something other themes do not have yet it is only a small section of the whole WooCommerce featureset due to the above compatibility reasons. So sometimes you will need to use CSS to target a particular element, it depends on the element. I’m ready to buy the theme, but before that, I’m from UAE and my team don’t know English so good. so I have to translate all strings (Core, Backend and frontend, Theme settings and page builder and etc) to Arabic. / so It is possible to translate all of theme or is there any po/mo files with the theme? As I understood from comments, there is no backend po/mo file with the them? If you are sure that I can translate all strings said above, please let me know. thank you for all the effort you put in. You are right. Translating of the backend is not possible and the backend remains in English. Front-end can be fully translated (through the backend settings, no po-mo files)

You can ask for support without your wp-login (it is not required to get support). But it is usually recommended because in most instances we need to be able to see what is going on in your site. A good way is to create a new temporary password and change it back when we are done. But again, you don’t have to if you think we can help you without it.
