Hello, I purchased this a while back and never asked for help as only recently I had time to work with this temp. I noticed an issue in the last month with submitting listings. The users access both back-end and front are not able to add the longitude and latitude manually for the map..the fields are read-only and can only be changed if I move the pin along the map. this is time waster…please help

I need to manage a very large number of user experiences (often day tours) in many locations. I want to integrate a map with icons where different areas with experiences are located so the user can select one and have it navigate to that page. In the area page I want to highlight some experiences in a grid and then list the others in that area. Some experiences, especially those in the grid may be offered by multiple operators. I want to list the rating summary for each on a general page about that experience. When selecting one experience with one operator I want the user to see reviews for that operator, to see their schedule, ideally to see how many slots are available IF that activity has a maximum, and be able to book, paying through PayPal or something. For now we will probably have one group of people to manage all the bookings, contacting the operators when necessary. However, I would like to be able for each operator to see their calendar with the number of bookings on each date from their smartphone. I would like users be able to see all their bookings, leave messages with the admin, and ideally to contribute pictures. I would like some type of integration with Facebook and other social media so we can relate pages with areas or experiences including pictures. I would like to support embedded videos from YouTube in addition to pictures.
Can you please tell me how much of the above this theme supports or workarounds we could use?
Can you point me at any demo or site using your theme with similar functionality? The only demo I find on your site is for renting vacation homes.

Hello support team! I’ve stopped receiving any responses to an ongoing support ticket regarding a critical issue of listings automatically going pending minutes after being published. I’ve done everything requested and still no fix, and if left unresolved, this could be a detriment to my website and would mean that I would have to design an entirely new website with a new theme. My entire website is messed up & no one ever wants to have to deal with a bad website due to a theme issue.
I’ve found that issue isnt isolated to just me & there are at least 2 other purchasers with the same exact issue. User @Callumbeechwood posted about the same exact problem on April 11, 2018, and user @Manmeet251 posted about this issue 1 year ago.
I suspect that there will be more users that have this issue if a solution isn’t found. Please respond to my latest thread in my support theme. This issue has been the biggest frustration & inconvenience and would be absolutely horrible if I have to redesign a website with more than 200 listings.

Is any other user facing a weird issue with listings going Pending automatically minutes after being Published? This has happened to more than 155 new listings on my site & has been a nightmare but with no fix. Not to mention that the listings cross over and overrides the content on other listings.
I’ve done everything from set listing expirations to 1 million, disable non-essential theme plugins, upgrade my PHP version, maintain the latest theme version & update all active plugins and still getting the same issue.

For those who do not know:
If you have problems uploading files in HTTPS for user front theme: you have to modify the code of the template in the route:
/ framework / modules / listing (social-login.php)
Modify the string on line 401
$ user_signon = wp_signon ($ info, false); to $ user_signon = wp_signon ($ info, true);
and it will work.
I think it should be corrected in the next update

Changing http to https is something that should be done with the server itself https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTPS#Server_setup Our theme supports https in terms of content and everything else is in domain of your hosting provider. There’s no such thing as secured WordPress theme, because it’s the matter of domain, not theme in charge of your website appearance.

Is there an editing issue with this theme? I’ve become quite frustrated with this theme because of bugs and not sure if it’s unique to me. When listings are added and sent to pending until Admin review, the listing content crosses into other listings & overwrites the information. For example, if 5 listings are added, when one of those listings get admin approve & go live, the content for the other 4 listings now inherit the content that was in the recently approved listing. This has been a nightmare for growing new listings because I’ve had to go back & re-edit each previously approved listing.
This has been an ongoing issue with support tickets submitted since the year that I purchased this theme, and I’m still having this issue.
I also have listings that were approved now automatically showing back to pending status which means that each listing now has to be re-edited one at a time and for a site with hundreds of listings, this is a huge nightmare.
According to the comment thread, it looks like others have had this same issue of a published listing automatically changing to pending on its own & messing up all of the listings.

We see that our agent tried to help you out with this some time ago. We would advise that you install our theme in localhost environment, to avoid server-related issues and test this again.
Also, you should update WordPress to latest version, as well as bundled plugins. We always recommend to disable all 3rd party plugins, if you have some installed on your side.

Hi my Wordpress automatically upgraded as new versions are release. So that’s not an issue. Also, I’ve done every single suggestion fro previous tickets, upgraded my server and that’s also not the issue. I’ve disabled all non-essential plugins that are not theme related and that was also from the previous suggestions.
So again, I’m not sure how my listings go from being published to now over 150 listings automatically being pending even though listings are free and set to never expire. I also dont understand how the content overrides the listings as they are saved. This is mind boggling and the weirdest thing quite frankly. I saw a previous user posted the same question about their listings going from published to pending. So I know I’m not the only one.

That was also set a long time ago. I have number of days set to 1 million & the listing max for the user at 1000. It’s so bad that I have to add listings as a regular subscriber and then go into the admin just to approve the listing. That’s double the work and when something crazy like this happens and it moves all the recently approved listings back to pending status & overwrites the content, I’m frustrated because all of the double work is now down the drain & have to restart this for more than 150 listings.

Hi, user Manmeet251 had a similar issue that you responded to regarding his listings changing to pending right after he confirmed them. I’m sure there are others.
I’m on the theme trying to republish the more than 100 listings that automatically went pending, but even when I hit publish, seconds later it goes back to pending.
Please, please understand my frustration and how I’m doing everything right but still having these crazy issues. My server is using PHP 7.2 version, the theme is the most recent version, I’m editing under the admin account and listings are set to expire in 1 million days. There is something weird & wrong with this theme.

It was previously php 5.6 version & upgraded it to 7.2 this morning. So the issue is still the same regardless of the version. I’m only using essential plugins, so that’s not the issue. This morning I went thru & changed every pending listing to published & within 15min, it reverted back to pending – more than 150 listings.

You need to navigate to Dashboard > WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > choose a role > set Post types to Custom > check the post types where you want a builder to show in.
