Hi, I’ve bought you theme! Awesome!
I am having some problems with Google Maps! I don’t really need a Google Map on my website. Is it possible to keep a “Contact Layout” Block (I love the styling) but without showing any map?
Even if I let the “Google API” field empty, the button “Show info” are present. Hope to hear from you asap

Hi there, without code edits the show map button can’t be removed.
Try adding this CSS rule at the end of the main CSS file for the theme (WP backend > appearance > edit theme)
.contact-4 .contact-info address .show-map {display: none !important;}
This will hide the “show map” button.
For the map as I can see from your link there is no map showing.

Hi, I bought the theme a couple of years ago. But my visual composer that came bundled with the theme is no longer updating. Do I need to buy a separate licence for it?

Your support license is expired so you need to renew it, then when the update version of the theme will come out – that also includes updates to all the plugins used in the theme, you will get email to download the updated version of the theme.

I updated the plugin of WPBakery Page Builder and now the masonry grid portfolio component does not work. Are you expecting a template update soon? what can be done?
Only when I add two grids to a page do the images appear. Still can not be filtered using the sort menu
I guess you have separate license for the WPBakery Plugin because you can’t update it from the theme.
There is a new update coming soon that will have multiple bugfixes and updated and Tested included plugins.
I can only support plugin version that are included with the theme.

1. i did use slug – in Hebrew with no spaces 2. i need to update the plugin because it was impossible to work with it couldn’t scroll the page. when the new version will be polished? how can i make a post grid?

In the demo, it works so the problem is somewhere on your end, share WP admin access and FTP access and I will look into it – use the contact form on my profile page to contact me via email and write in detail again what is not working.

Hi,
I have two small issues with the theme and my current site. Site address is https://www.csdc.com.au/
1. (Mobile issue) When clicking through to an individual blog article, and then click on hamburger menu, the menu does not show up any of the links. This issue is specific to level 2 pages only. The menu on the homepage on mobile devices works fine.
2. (Mobile issue) When viewing the portfolio section, you can’t click on any of the items. When viewing the portfolio items on a desktop computer you can click through to an individual page showing the job details, but not on mobile.
Can you please advise how the two issues above need to be fixed.

1. There is an update in works that should fix any problems with the navigation.
2. You need to use the new updated portfolio elements that where introduced in v2.0 they solve this exact problem and the whole image is clickable on mobile screens.

Hi I am unable to get the GoogleMaps API map to work? I have created a API key from the google dev page, and entered it along with the address but the map will not display?
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.
Google Maps implemented payment for maps (with free usage to a certain point). So you need to enable billing (add CC) and select your API key in order to work. To do that just search for “Google Maps Platform”, log in with your Google email address and set up the billing. Then your API key should work.
Note: In the demo, I use API key with billing enabled and the maps work.

Hi, I have done all of the following and it sill does not work. I have also tried changing the address with your API key but not sure if this should work but it doesnt. The map just will not display.

we have a call to action section on the front page of http://www.ghostandco.co.uk/ where it says connect with us. As you can see the background to that section is black but we have set it to use the background image just like the 2 darker sections above it. Nothing I do will change it from the black background. Could you look into it for me please.

Is the theme blocking the WP Bakery FAQ element?
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.
Yes, some elements from VC where disabled because they don’t match the style of the theme.
To enable the FAQ/Accordion elements you need to navigate:
definity > inc > visual-composer > definity_vc.php
and un-comment the 86 line (remove the //). That code block list all the default elements that are disabled so you can look and enable what you need.

I have categories “Web Design”, “Social Media Marketing” etc. on the portfolio page.
When I assign a portfolio item to a category with a space in the name it is not assigned to the particular category.

Make sure you are adding the correct “slug” not the name of the category, to check that go Portfolio > Category and look at the “Slug” column.

We are using the WPBakery plugin’s portfolio element (part of the theme). It allows us to add a portfolio item and we have to assign a category. This is where the space does not work.

Yes, I got that, what you should do is navigate WP dashboard > Portfolio > Category > look at the “Slug” columns and copy the slug of your category. Then add that in the portfolio item instead of a name with space.

to remove just the social links make sure all fields are empty in Theme Options > Social Links.
To remove the whole section mobile footer, activate the child theme and add this to the styles.css after the comment.

Hello, I’ve bought your theme several months ago but I have an issue with Slider Revolution plugin. Since mid-May video BG doesn’t launch in Google Chrome (even if my video is muted). It appears that the last version of Slider Revolution (Version 5.4.8 StarPath) fixes this bug : “Fixed YouTube BG video not loading sometimes in the latest Chrome”. I installed CF7 plugin and imported demo data (definity-wp-demo-data.xml) but contact form does not look like the example in the page below: http://themes.89elements.com/definity-html/index-main-mp.htmlColor and font styles are different and it doesn’t appear in two columns.

after the import, the Contact Form in CF7 plugin should be named “Contact Layout 1”. If that is not the name try all the prebuild contact forms available in CF7.
