Hello, in out clients website there is a page named “Project” and in this Page is a Portfolio. When the user is on the page “project” the Menu shows in blue that he is on the page “projects”, but by clicking on one of these Portfolio-Items the menu isn’t showing this anymore. And our client expect this to work… hope you can help!

A “Page” is not a parent entity of a Portfolio Post in the underlying hierarchical system of WordPress. You would need to replace the Page with Taxonomy Archive which is the correct parent entity. Also include your wp-login there please.

1) Yes, please use “Divider Custom” element and change the size using the edit (pencil) tool on the divider sub-element.
2) No, but you can integrate your own jQuery slider scripts from Github, I am sure there are some vertical sliders. Insert their scripts/styles via “Appearance > Custom Code”. Alternatively you can try some WP plugins, should also be easy to integrate in Ark.

I am a freelance developer and I work on a site where your theme is installed (i dont’ have create this website). It is very good and works without worry, however I have a small problem of translation of the comment system.
Indeed my customer is French and your comment system is in English.
Where can I change the title widget, fields etc to put them in french.

Regarding our problem related in the ticket ( displayng a error messages Warning: filesize(): stat failed for http…........./img/2018/04/curs-lb-engleza.jpg in /home/.........../public_html/wp-content/plugins/fresh-framework/framework/extern/freshizer/freshizer.php on line 198 ), no way to solve this issue.
I’ve tried to remove the image from the article (featured image), and then – to upload again and save it. But the problem is still there..
After that, i’ve removed it from the media gallery and after i’ve uploaded back directly trough media section.. In that way is working, BUT only if you attach it later to the post.
But if you upload a image from the article editor areea, however the error will appear..
P.S.
Maybe the same errors is becouse of this?

Statistical average is around 14 hours but it can be a lot lot less if you are in sync with the assigned developer work hours (turnaround as low as 5 minutes) or a little more if there is a weekend or a common holiday period. There are some issues with email support as well. As it is integrated with your helpdesk software, developer couldn’t see my comments, and I’m not sure what is he receiving and what not since yesterday he was very prompt and today no answer. I’m not sure if he got my replies at all.

Our demo is currently running an older version of Ark which does not contain the fix for the latest bug in Chrome 67 and Firefox. We will update it soon, thank you for pointing it out. So maybe you too are running an older version? You can check for new updates via “WP-admin > Ark > Updates”.

You need to upload the “ark-UPLOAD-THIS.zip” file to your WordPress. You find that file by unpacking the first archive you have downloaded. The installation service is provided in cooperation with the Envato Studio marketplace and you can use it to have someone install the theme for you on your server.

Hello. I am still on v1.3.5 of Ark, and it appears I am no longer getting the automatic update messages. When I “check for updates” in the Ark plugin, it says no updates are available. Is there a reason for this?

It is not a new feature, it is part of the Chrome 67 issue bugfix and then also Firefox which we have hopefully fully identified now and worked around it by rewriting portions of the framework code. We have zero reports of issues relating to this now so we think everything is good now for everyone.

Hi, I can no longer update the theme automatically on the dashboard. On the dashboard, Ark->Updates, I clicked “Check for new update”, but it only shows “Currently, there are no products which need to be updated”. Thank you.

This is getting really frustrating. We keep getting upgrades without any transparent change log on theme forest or even on your site. The change log spreadsheet has not been updated since May 2018. This is just not good. We’ve been promised several times that in next update, there will be a way to know what has change in the Wordpress admin…still nothing of that nature…asking us to be looking for update in the installation folder is not user intuitive.

Honestly, this doesn’t make much sense at all. How many customers will be looking into an xml file for change log? Ark used to be something exciting to me when you guys launched and I proved my loyalty and support by purchasing several licenses, most of which I have not even used till date. Now, I have began to lose all faith. It’s such a shame.

I apologise for this inconvenience, we will try to update the other changelog more often. We asked Envato years ago to provide a way for us to have it dynamically generate and create the option to pull it automatically from our server but it is still only a static text which needs to be updated manually every time so it is easy to forget about this detail. But I agree that it is very important so every developer has been given a clear warning from me and hopefully the other changelog location will be now updated more often to correspond to the main changelog in the project itself. We really appreciate your support and hope to see you around.
