Will Zox be affected at all by Wordpress moving to ‘Gutenberg’ editor? I want to buy this theme, but I’m unsure of what happens when Wordpress shifts to ’ Gutenberg’
Also, is there an ETA on your new theme? I’m dying to see it.

WordPress will give developers a grace period to make sure all themes are compatible with Gutenberg. So, Zox News will not automatically break once Gutenberg is released. And I will certainly make sure the theme is 100% compatible very soon.
I am looking for the new theme to be released this month, but I don’t have an exact ETA at the moment, especially since it has to go through the review process.
This theme is very similar to huffingtonpost… I like it

How do I override logo size in ZOX settings? Your theme is not easy to customize!

You can easily do that from within the Theme Options by uploading your own logo. Please make sure you have read through the documentation (located in the /documentation folder of the original zip file you downloaded from Themeforest), which will guide you through the setup process and explain the features of the theme. Hi – I need to make logo SVG to be retina optimized but getting error saying its not allowed due to security reasons. How can I override this so that I can upload SVG logo? I do not want a png logo. I want SVG. Please help.

1) What do you mean by a top nav bar? The theme does come with a nav bar, so I am a little confused by this.

By Nav bar I mean a bar above the main navigation. Often used to show the date and a few links.

Sorry for late response, been a busy week. I am including a link to a image showing off what I had in mind. I took a screenshot of my website using your theme and included the top bar above the header.

I hate Disqus and right now I am struggling to find a way to make the website work for users. BuddyPress seems like a good fit but it looks ugly with this theme.

Unfortunately, only HTML and javascript code will work in the ad areas. If you would like to display your own ads, I would recommend using Google DFP. Once you set up an ad campaign with them, they will give you javascript code that you can then use in the theme. Google DFP also has much better ad management tools than any plugin you could use.

Hi there! Love your theme and I’m very interested in purchasing. I have a pre-purchase question however: our current theme uses Valenti and I was wondering what will happen to our current reviews if we switch to Zox. Do we have to change every review to make use of your review plugin (I don’t think the themes are using the same one) and if so, is there an easy way to do that? Unfortunately, if the review function is built into the Valenti theme, it will not be available if you switch themes. That is why I and Envato recommend using external plugins for functions like that so you won’t lose the functionality.
The new theme will be a news/magazine theme that will hopefully be even better than Zox since the aim is to continue to improve with every theme 
Eh, the example link is wrong, it wasn’t supposed to include the word ‘Thanks’. I also can’t edit my comment anymore. My question is basically if we’d have to manually change every review block or is there some sort of way to make the transition less painful? Thanks!

Make sure you have customised as much as you can before the period is up as this guy wont assist at all afterwards.They wont even email you a simple code that you yourself will put in. They just want to make as much money as possible from you. Nice theme but beware of this one.

I’m not sure what else I can say at this point that has not already been said, but purchasing the theme entitles you to 6 months of support, and that does not include customization help. So, even if you were still within the 6 month window, I would not be obligated to provide you with custom code. However, I do provide custom help for small changes, but only to customers who have valid support. You have chosen not to review your support, and that is fine, but there is certainly no need to continue to bash the theme everywhere as a result of your decision.
All i want is that my posts dont show dates – very simple. The Zox theme is all the same so you wont need to do custom changes on coding. In above comments you have said that you will drop someone a code if they need to take dates out. So why would I need to spend money on that – I already purchased your theme for a blog i started last month now I need to purchase something again to get it working the way I want it to. The theme will not be unused – what a waste.
And also taking dates out should be part of the theme not a custom thing. The actual wordpress does allow it but not with your theme.
