Hello, it is difficult to send screenshots of something you don’t have 
. So I try to explain. When I have a photo gallery and click on one of the small pictures it opens as a large picture. Pictures have a tag and an ALT text. What I want is the tag or a description or the ALT text shown below or in the lower part of the enlarged picture. Anyway, the ALT text is never shown with any picture. Not the small ones and not the enlarged ones.

Anytime I try to upload a new photo or edit the website’s content, it doesn’t save and I get the message “Error establishing a database connection”. I contacted my host ipage and they told me: “We support 20 concurrent database connection and the theme of your website is creating more than 20 concurrent connection. This is the reason you are getting the database error. You need to contact the theme vendor to minimize the concurrent connection to the database to resolve the issue.” Please help!

I think it’s because WordPress 5 required more server capacity then previous version and your webhost isn’t fully support it. I would recommend you to change to other host.
When can we expect an update? Please give us a solid date. With Gutenberg I can’t figure out how to attach a gallery to a page. I disable gutenberg and still can’t attach a gallery. Help please!

I like to know why this theme hasn’t been updated since June of 2018, almost all themes on themeforest are current and kept up to date with wordpress. Version 5 is out and 5.0.0 was horrible totally destroid websites, so version 5.0.1 comes out a few days later all in the past 7 days both version, your theme is so out of date and needs to be current to work, i have had to shut down my website I have with your theme because it has to many problems due to not being current. Wordfence has detected multiple vulnerabilities and problems with your theme because it’s out of date. Please get this theme up – to – date A.S.A.P

Hello! I purchased this nice theme to use it on two different Websites. The first Website is about Wedding-Photography, so i choosed the skintype Light. The other Website is about Portrait and Musicphotography, so i choosed the Dark Skin. Unfortunately it doesnt work that well. The index Page “Home” is a Page with Gallery (Flow Style), is shown light with White background, with dark Frames. The other Sites are dark, but on the top-side there are thick White Frames, that are not shown in the Example-Pages.
other questions about this theme: - how can i disable the commentfunction? - i have 2 Blog-Sites (“News” and “Live & Loud”). I want to post different Content on both sites, where can i Chose which Categorys are shown on which site…? Actually both SItes are displaying the same Content.

OK, actually i was able to solve the Comment-disable-function-Problem also as the Category-Problem by myself.

I’m having issues with my video portfolio displaying on my website at https://www.elegantpix.com/videos/. Because my website is secure and using the HTTPS, all of my videos are being blocked. I can view them when typing in the address www.elegantpix.com/videos without the HTTPS. Is there a way around this so my videos don’t get blocked? I tried pasting in the full address from Vimeo with the https and even embedding it within the page but neither worked.

Do I need to update it manually? Can you send me the update. There is no option for an update under this theme.
You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ to help updating theme through Appearance > Themes section.
