Hello, I need to remove or deregister theme from the existing domain or host and transfer to other host or domain. How can I do? the story is, I hired a freelance to build my website with my theme. unfortunately, he cannot complete his work and escaped his responsibility without giving me the authority to access to edit my web. Now I have a new freelance, he installed the theme on new host. The theme request him for removing or deregister this theme from old host which the old freelance didn’t give us the permission to access to do that. Help me please

I solved the issue, it was because i removed Jetpack plugin, i reinstalled it and it works fine now. Thanks anyway.

Okay, I’m somewhat familiar with the footer widgets, but I don’t know how to make the full screen / full width?
When you say “full width widget section”, do you mean the content from most left side to most right? If yes, please send us link to page where you have those widgets set and we will see if this could be achieved with custom css.
Love the theme. But if I make a youtube/vimeo video in a slider at the top of the page I can’t scroll using the mouse past the video. This happens in all browsers. Do you have a solution for this?

we do not see any reason, why it won’t be possible. But please notice that we sell just layouts and not complete functionality like booking rooms. For that, you have to look for a plugin.

Hello! When Using BeTheme on Multisite and I want to register the theme on subsites with different license codes, I seem to not be able to do that. Whenever I register the theme, it is registered on all subsites. How can I register the theme correctly?

Hello, I get the following error when I try to update the theme to version 20.9.5.6 from 20.9.1.1: Can you please let me know what to do to make this theme update? FYI. I am using the child theme.

Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. That worked!. It was still registered to my staging site. I had to use the tool at http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ to deregister it then I went to the dashboard and was able to click the deregister button. Once the deregistration on the dashboard worked, I was able to put my purchase code back in and it worked. Then I could update the theme and plugins that came with the theme.

With [button] shortcode I can create a button with icon, however, I cannot open a modal box?
I would like 2 buttons with icons one will open a modal box and the other one will simply download file.
Both must have icons in them. How can I accomplish this?

Hi, I bought this theme a while back and everything was working fine, but now I needed to install ninja forms and then the wysiwyg editor disappeared from everywhere. So because I am using pods, I thought I would add wysiwyg editor as a custom field, but the same thing happens. I need to have ninja forms, so is there any workaround this? I tried searching on your forum, but because I never made a user, it’s not letting me login now.
If there could be a way to add the muffin page builder to work with pods as well that would be the best fix ever! Please help and thanks.

Hi – In theme options I have set the subheader padding to be 90px 0 20px – this looks fine on desktop but on mobile the top padding looks too much and should be around 30px.
Can you please tell me how to decrease the top padding for subheader only on mobile? Thank you!

For portfolio items, is there any other filters other than category? Is it possible to add more filters or is this something that can be planned to be a feature in the future?

Hi, the menu (country selector) is not working properly for mobile website. Desktop web is fine.

When you click on the right side of the drop down menu and choose Hong Kong, the options for Chinese and English doesn’t pop up like it does for Thailand.
Instead, only Thai and English shows up, which is really weird.
You can check how it performs on Desktop WEB vs Mobile WEB - http://blog.eatigo.com/hong-kong-zh/it’s working fine for desktop web, but not on mobile web.
