Hi,

I have a small question for you guys, my favicon has stopped appearing suddenly only on google chrome browser even if I have already set it in the past via Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. In addition, I have tested the website on multiple computers and the issue takes place too. Do you have any idea what could cause this?

Wow, its really amazing that in todays world, it seems to be possible to NOT reach a company via e-mail directly as long as your support is expired. Crazy.

However, does anybody know if Blade will be Gutenberg-compatible?

Thanks for your message. You can easily contact us here, use this Contact Form or via our official website https://greatives.eu/contact/ . Of course, you cannot use our Support Forum since your support has expired. The reason is that a supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date (you can renew anytime). Shortly, there is no lifetime support which is pretty normal.

In latest WP releases, Gutenberg editor was simply introduced for testing purposes. It is not quite ready to use on production sites but Blade already supports its core features and blocks. We are following the development status of Gutenberg and we will do what is needed before the official release of this new editor.

Hi there, for some reason I cannot access my site on mobile. I get a 404 error, however, my desktop site works fine. I’ve made no changes that would have created this that I’m aware of. Is it worth a reinstall, and purchasing intallation services? I have WP 4.9.8

It does not make any sense. As you already know, theme does not handle your hosting environment and the PHP is running there.

I make static.subdomain on my site and now I have problem with plugins. I cant see images of plugins, and I see in console this:

When you click on the responsive – mobile menu of the blade theme. It doesn’t work at all or go to any of the parts of the page – it’s the one page style.

So, please double check that you are full-updated and remove/disable any custom code or 3rd party plugins you may use. It is obvious that it is not a theme related issue.

Hi, my support has expired, but maybe you will answer here, it’s the general problem. After upgrading the theme I cannot set the opacity of anyelement in the Appearance -> Customization. I have no dropdown list, but the number with x, which cannot be edited. I can only cancel the opacity and cannot change it. Please have look how it looks like: https://prnt.sc/klm6j5. Hello, my support has expired and I had one question, I’ve tried and tried to get the Page Title animation in the feature section to none but unless I set it for one of the other animation styles the default is fade in. I want it to appear immediately as I find it is too slow and people scroll down the page pretty fast. Is there anyway to completely disable page title animations? Many thanks

Hi Greatives. For the new GDPR enhancements is there any way to set this up so that it only applies to EU countries?

Ie: Visitors from EU will be presented with the cookie/privacy policy bar but visitors outside the EU will not and all cookies on by default? If not, could this be considered for a future update?

I think that you can modify what you need with a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-content-by-country/ We have some plans to extend this feature in upcoming months so we will consider your request. As a side note, I have to say that current functionality is not only for GDPR, it is for Privacy/Cookies in general. I mean that all visitors must be able to reach the privacy policy of your website.

I noticed you’re using the Owl Carousel. Their page says that it has the ability to loop infinitely. How can I achieve this? I’m using the Flexible Carousel and want the photos in it to continue infinitely, not pause and rewind to the first photo.

Yes, it is true but not for the version of Owl Carousel that Blade uses. We provide this option in Movedo, our latest theme with the latest Owl carousel but not in Blade. Please use our Support Forum if you need any further assistance.

I’ve started getting this issue recently and am wondering what could be causing it? Every time the slider loads the slider goes black and it displays the following message:

Sounds like your SSL Certificate is outdated so I think it has nothing to do with Blade theme. I guess you are using Revolution Slider and not our built-in slider. If so, please check on their tutorials or contact our agents on our Support Forum to see if there is nothing more to share with you.
