Hi, I’m evaluating single page themes with parallax support, and found Ananke and have a few questions. Can we customise the sections to be suitable to promote an event rather than a business, for example, we don’t need a portfolio or services section, but would like 4 or 5 free text sections with customisable parallax background images. We’ve looked at a few of the example sites, but they all seem to follow the same sections. do you have examples of the theme being used for an event, or some other non business page. What core features are available without the compatible plugins.

I love the Ananke theme, but I’ve been having troubles since a while, with the Elementor Pro plugin.

From time to time, the web changes its look, it deconfigures everything and the beautiful format i’ve been working on, disappears (including the photos and icons) and transforms into flat text.

Please, could you help me? I’ts very frustrating having problems with my web every 2 weeks.

By the way, I just install theme and active “slide revolution”. I have issue with hosting service, I just reset hole DB without slide revolution deactivation. ( I didn’t know about deactivation at all)

After Re-installation, I can’t reactivate “slide revolution” at all cost.

I’ve never really properly used this theme for myself and want to get it going asap. I cannot update this plugin WPBakery Visual Composer which seems to prevent me from Importing Demo Data. I don’t want to start from scratch.

Can you give me some info? i believe Visual Composer was part of the bundle when I purchased.

I want to buy your theme. But the first top video is not autplaying in iOS devices. In the video version. It autoplays in Android chrome. Suprisingly, the second square left video is autoplaying on iOS in the slider version. I am already autoplaying a mp4 video iOS if the sound is muted. So iOS does support autplay if the sound is muted. Can you please fix this iOS bug and make both the top and second video autoplay in the video version by keeping them muted?

Second question I had is the slider version top slideshow stops moving after loading all the slides. Is there an option that i can keep it always on moving in the slider version?

Hi, I bought your template and it’s great. For some time, I have a problem with the film in the background. I have no sound and it used to be. I put the movie locally on my server with the extension .mp4 What’s wrong? I care a lot about that. Thank you for your help and best regards. I use Home video light. When I selected the “video sound on” option, the movie does not start and only the “image banner” appears. For the movie to work “sound on” I have turned off.

Hello, I purchased your Anake theme and the OT slideshow is not working. I have updated the wordpress files and the OT slideshow will not move and stay stuck on the first slide. When I add any other animated function that came with the theme, the images on the OT slideshow go away completely. I tried to submit a support ticket but your website leads me back here. Thank you.
