Is this still being properly supported? Your recent customers dont seem happy with the product and your whmcs demo no longer shows any type of integration. I also see a complaint about a needed plugin that costs $46. What is that all about? Looking to purchase, but dont want to waste my time or money if the whmcs integration is a hack. Hoping its simply a well done whmcs template and not some bridge plugin or whatever.

I already have WHMCS. Have had it for 13 years now. So what are people complaining about? Again, why isnt your WHMCS demo working? Does it require any type of wordpress plugin to integrate with whmcs or is it simply a whmcs template like it should be? Would really appreciate more full answers to my questions.

- And until now, we don’t know cost $46 for what?
Your whmcs demo is just the stock whmcs theme. it does not show any type of integration to the theme you are selling. All of WHMCS should be skinned like your theme. Are you including a matching whmcs template or not?
You can use WHMCS Bridge plugin with six template but it loads too slow. Now this theme haven’t supported whmcs template.
Ah, no wonder clients are angry then. You sure seem to market your theme like you do. Heck, some of your docs even say you include a whmcs theme. Anyone with real WHMCS experience already knows the bridge is completely junk. Its really to bad that you dont include a proper matching WHMCS template like you should.
Would Like a refund please, this is not like the original theme I saw.

Whmcs is not listing all the descriptions that we are adding, developer, says that the theme for whmcs is making some issue on this that it is not displaying the description he added.

Hi there, I’m requesting a refund for this theme – I’ve just bought it but wasn’t made aware that I’d need to download a $46 plugin for it to function correctly. As such I consider this item not as described and any help would be much appreciated.

When i purchased your theme, i checked the demo thoroughly and the WHMCS template was customized to match with the wordpress theme but now your demo is a default template. I need the customized whmcs template cloudmewhmcs folder. Kindly provide.
using whmcs 7.5 , i need the exact appearance as it was in your old whmcs demo which now you changed it to default whmcs template. WHMCS Bridge also shows the same default WHMCS blue colors that looks totally inconsistent with the theme.

Where is the cloudmewhmcs folder in this new release? The release notes state the template is updated, but does not appear to exist in the zip download.

With latest version, you don’t need cloudmewhmcs template, you can use six template and standard cart order form, it’s default template.

Now the WHMCS template of this theme is old version, it’s not compatible with version 7.0+. But you can use default template to have full functions.
We have a plan to update this problem soon.
