Hi, with the new version 5.3 I have no option to edit anyway the breadcrumbs. I searched it at every corner at the theme options. My breadcrumbs is now with numbers and one under one, like at this screenshot https://ibb.co/hX8Tb8 Is that a known bug and are you going to fix it soon? Thanks for response.
Now I deleted the theme and downgraded. White Screen and no website there… Why are you including so much useless things and crashing the theme?

Your screenshot shows a cached version, so you should clear browser cache to see your site as expected. Breadcrumbs is a WPBakery Page Builder element since Impreza 5.3, read the changelog for details.

yes thank you that helped but have now no visible separators, I´ll look for that. Before it wasn´t working but after disabling the child theme it worked only not the separators

Hi, the “font awesome” icons are not showing at frontend breadcrumb. I´m using angle-right and it´s going to be empty if I choose it, clear all caches (from wordpress and browser) and take a look at it. If I choose the “Material Icons” and than the symbol “chevron_right” of that – than it works. There is any problem with “font awesome”.

Last theme update produces an FATAL ERROR in /wp-admin:

Because this site wasn’t updated for more than 3 years, we recommend moving its copy to some staging site and update it there using these instructions. There were lots of changes applied since then so we don’t recommend updating your live site right away. Once everything is set, you can move this site back to your live server.

Yes V1.8. Everything was working fne, suddenly the visual composer won’t work.
Latest WPBakery Page Builder won’t work with such an outdated theme because it has different elements and different framework. As we wrote above, you should update your theme to its latest version due to compatibility, performance and security reasons.

Hello, can not you put a plugin or something, charge an extra if necessary, but be able to use WHITE MARK ?, I’m doing a municipality website, and I want you to say municipality, do not IMPERCE, and have an icon like the favicon in its place of impreza, I believe that once bought the theme, it should be able to modify to taste not?
Another question, is there a discount if I buy for example 10 or more licenses?

Please read these license agreements. We didn’t limit this feature, you can apply any branding your want if you’re familiar with coding. But your customized theme won’t be able to update from our servers and you should update it each time manually and apply your customization again.

I bought this theme a while back and updated the theme to the newest version, the font-awesome icons are not showing anymore when i use the tabs. Site is currently on local host, so i can’t give access to admin page, kindly update the theme or send a fix. Thank you

No, it didn’t not help, i Optimize CSS is off by default turned it on and off,cleared cached and even used a different browser, icon still not showing. When i inspect the element the class is if i edit it in console to the icon will show. How can this be fixed. Thanks

I don’t understand why the site has to be online, we are in development, it’s obvious from other comments the issue is not peculiar to me, kindly provide the fix,via an update or tell us steps to follow. Theme was bought, least you can do is to provide a working theme not a broken css.
Theme works fine, and all icons are shown by default. There are tons of possible reasons, probably your particular server doesn’t support font icons or there is a conflict between some plugins, that’s why we need an access to it. If you can’t make it accessible, at least provide your server config here so we could investigate better. Also, provide us with your OS and browser versions.

i use wamp server on windows, the problem has to be with the class of the icon (fa-fas) it the class is edited to just (fas) in console it’s working fine. There’s conflict between fontawesome 5 and 4.
Latest Impreza uses FontAwesome 5 only, deactivate all third party plugins, switch to main Impreza if Child Theme is activated, clear all cache and check again. If icons will appear, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.

Hi UpSolution Team, I have a question about the coverage of support for the issue below and want to ask if that´s supportable: My mobile menu button is not clickable and changing the position from right to left, if I use a third party plugin to “move scripts to the footer”. If don´t move them, there are some pagespeed insight and tools.pingdom errors and saw the file /wp-content/themes/Impreza/framework/js/jquery.magnific-popup.js which was not combined. Is this file responsible for the mobile menu button and the moving of that is occuring the problem? Is there a chance to get support for this? Thanks for respons.

The issue occures, if the plugin “Speed Booster Pack” with the option “Move scripts to the footer” is active. When I use this option the pagespeed and tools.pingdom score is perfect, but the mobile menu is not working. Can you test this on your demo site?

I now have a little underscore underneath the menu items when you hoover over it. Is there also a possibility to show this underscore when you are on a specific page. So for example when you click on contact that the underscore stays under “contact” to show on which page the customer is. Thanks!

Thank you very much for the link! When I was making the project I’ve used WPBakery and the ‘Google maps’ element to show the map with a marker on my site. After viewing the site through the main domain, the map stopped working. It showed up with ‘For development purposes only’. I’ve been told to get an API key. I’ve pasted the key into general options of Impreza Theme. After that map is shown but sadly not as set in the page element itself and without a marker – it doesnt show the target location, just a fixed continent over which it loads. Are there any additional changes that have to be made after inserting API key, or did I do something wrong while getting the API key in googles API?
Update: I’ve tried putting the key into ultimate maps options and it didnt help either

You can apply global settings at Impreza > Theme Options > Buttons and change each button individually via Button Settings. If you want to implement your own styles, you should use custom CSS code.

hi, this problem was not immediately visible, but it´s now everytime a problem, no matter which backup I restore at the new server. At the old server it works very fine. I can´t click the the vertical theme option tabs. at the console is normaly this text: JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 But if I click to the theme options there are many errors. I deactivated and reinstalled every plugin one by one also the theme, but the error stays. The webhoster support helped me trying everything, but only a new installation worked very well. The support told me, that the theme and plugins have problems cause of moving to another server. They stored the old server configurations and there are occuring some problems cause of the different server configurations. I have to reinstall everything but that´s a nightmare. If I move again anytime and have the same problems with a full working and live site that would be a disaster. Other installed themes are working.
