For Blog Archive Page Layout, please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Post >> Blog & Post Archive and select the layout from there as per your requirements as showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kdq6xr then please go to Appearance >> Widgets you will find Blog Sidebar Widget so just set it as per your requirements as showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kdq7wq and check your site after removing the browser cache.

And same as for the FAQ’s Page, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the FAQs page and scroll below you will find page options in page options you will find the layout option and the sidebar which you want to set on the FAQs page as showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kdq8xo and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> FAQs and select the sidebar layout for the FAQs page as showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kdq9gf and check your site after removing the browser cache.

All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multi site installation does not matter though).

So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

This image is on 2 ages one is on the homepage and another is on the shop page:

  • For homepage: Please edit the homepage you will find the Porto Carousel WP Bakery Element used at the back-end of the homepage just edit it and change the image as per your requirements.
  • For shop page: Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the shop page then scroll below on the shop page backend you will find the page options and in page options you will find an option named content top and you can see that the block slug name is written in it, It means that the section is coming from the Blocks so now just go to Blocks and finds the particular block and edit it and change anything as per your requirements.

I am having an issue with demo shop 10. When I am logged into wordpress the navgation area is supposed to be on the left, but it is stuck on the bottom. When I log out and view the page it looks fine? Can someone please help?

It must be the third party plugin confliction issue at your end, so please deactivate your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and then activate your site all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue for your site otherwise contact us through our support system with your site Admin Login details so we will check and solve it for you.

I can not install your theme, purchased a few minutes ago. The error on the screen is as follows:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’.’, expecting ‘)’ in /web/htdocs/www…..../home/wp-content/themes/....../inc/plugins/plugins.php on line 24

Could you tell me what the problem is? I’ve been using wordpress for many years, it had never happened to me. The wordpress installation is new, the database is new, everything is new, what could it be?

I opened ticket #32721. You can do any kind of trying, deleting / editing / adding anything. I registered today domain, hosting, etc. Possibly leave the theme installed correctly (if you can). I do not understand what the problem may be.

1. For Search Box issue Please download the file from the below-given link and upload/replace it to wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

ERROR: Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

Look likes you have not properly Installed/upload the Theme and some of the Theme files crashed while uploading/installing the Theme.

I get this error when updating WPBakery Visual Composer: The package could not be decompressed. The plugin has no files. The installation of the plugin has failed.

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.

If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.

You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.

But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.

Thank you very much for getting back.

As explained, I am running it in WAMP64 in localhost because revamping the site. Despite the steps you have explained, the plugins install states ’ install failed’. The theme demo content does not load at all because it states ‘all required plugins to be installed and activated prior getting to demo content’.

Is there a alternative method to download the plugins? I personally think that plugins should be in a bundle or there should be another method provided to download them. Hope you will consider it in next update.

If you can suggest any other solution, then that would be quite helpful.

Please update your Theme manually via Cpanel by using the steps given below, we have not recommended to update the Theme via plugin because it will override your site setting and customization as well that you did in your Theme so that is why we always recommended to update the Theme via CPanel.

First of all please take the complete backup of your Site/Theme current version and after that please make sure that your server requirements must meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme minimum requirements if not then please make sure to set first server requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.
