The logo is in a H1 tag, I want to remove the H1 from teh logo. As its not a good practice for SEO. Any way I can achieve the same?

You can just delete the theme from one website and then upload the same to another. Not sure I understand your query fully.
Hello I have a problem with a scrolling – button on the side which leads you to the different sections of the page, like in the agile demo example on services page. is it a special plugin which i need to download on wordpress? or how i could possibly activate that feature on agile template?
Pls upgrade to the latest version of the theme to fix the scrolling issue.
In regards to the responsive slider shortcode, is there a parameter we can use to rotate them randomly?
At present, we do not have such a parameter to have the slides slide randomly. But you can try copying our source code for [responsive_slider] shortcode in framework/shortcodes/slider-shortcodes.php, create a new shortcode in your child theme by adding just the randomize parameter as documented here – https://github.com/woocommerce/FlexSlider/wiki/FlexSlider-Properties.

I use Agile WP on one site and my purchase code is not valid at least for the revolution slider plugin!
The version bundled with the theme is developer license one which cannot be used to activate the license for the plugin. The plugin checks for individual license only and not the bulk license.
If you need to register with revolution slider site, you would need to purchase a separate individual license. Hope this helps.
Did I download cade agile-sample-data.xml?
The agile-sample-data.xml file location is provided in the README.txt file located in the root folder seen after you unzip the download file.

We have a bunch of 404 errors on the site -

Basically the files icomoon.ttf, icomoon.woff are not being found on the web server due to missing files or due to misconfiguration of the server. Pls fix the same and the icons will show up for sure.

You don’t need to. You can just use the bundled revolution slider located in the Revolution-slider-instructions folder. This will be an extended license and not an individual license. Thanks for your purchase.
But he keep saying that the Revolution-slider is not active. and do u know maybe the reason why i’m getting this error: Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!?

I followed the readme.txt and video try to replicate site. I innstalled WordPress 4.7.3 and import the file agile-sample-data.xml.gz into my localhost. But it appear a lot of error “Menu item skipped due to invalid menu slug”. That why my replcated site hasn’t showed menu.

Hello, I bought this theme in 2014 and built a website for a client. It has been so long since they have asked me for updates..so there hasn’t been an update made on the template or the visual composer. Unfortunately, the VC isn’t loading now. The version I have is 4.3.5 and the template version I have is 3.2. Do I need to update the template? Or can I just update the VC? What will happen if I update the template? Will that change the website at all? Thank you!
You will be required to update both since there can compatibility fixes to both template and VC to make things work with latest versions of WordPress.
To check if things will break, I would suggest you create a local website using free software like MAMP or WAMP and then import the site (export xml from production site and import into local site) into the same and check if things look ok with the latest versions of Agile and VC. In most cases, things will not break or change but still I would play it safe.
Thank you, I made the update with the theme and VC. The only difference I see is that the gallery images are now all different sizes rather than the same size in their rows and columns. This is the code:

Would I need to change anything in the code for them to all be the same size?
Can you try image_size=’medium’ or image_size=’large’ in the shortcode instead of ‘small’? That should give same sized images generally unless the images are too small.
