Thank you for your quick response. Is there any other way to use icons via WYSIWYG editor besides converting them to raster images (jpg, png)? My client isn’t going to be swapping any icons, so any method –albeit how clunky– of getting them into the post would be acceptable here.

nav.mobile_menu ul>li.has_sub>span.mobile_arrow {
    width: 100%;
}

You should then be able to tap the word.

You can try deactivating any plugins you may have that are unrelated to our theme. Also, make sure that your PHP directives are sufficient:

max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;
