Its possible to make all the demos as one page but need some changes to menus and row’s.

First you need to edit your home page and edit each row you want to make is scroll anchor feature, Then add unique ID for each row. Example add ‘about’ to one of your row’s ID field.

Then edit your menus from Appearance > Menus and add custom menu with custom links. For example Add menu About and in link URL insert #about

Additionally, If you add ID to a row or element then you can call it via menu or button or link with hashtag.
