Are all kinds of galleries compatible with all kinds of home page? For example: splitted-slider with left vertical menu on home page

hi there, since updating the Whizz Plugin, i have lost my instagram feed on my site’s pages. I believe it is access token related, as when i turn it off, i get the 12 images it says i will. i have renewed my token with instagram, but still no feed. is this a problem with the update or something i have done with my page?

Word of caution, communication is extremely poor and items in this template do not work. Many of the issues in the comments are still being distributed in current downloads. We requested a refund over 6 days ago after their month long attempts to fix failed and this author still has not responded since. So now, we spread the word and go to the next step of filing a chargeback since there is no buyer protection here. Find another template!

Is there any way to customize the SVG used in the preloaded for text style preloader? I noticed it’s called an SVG preloader and uses the text character svg. Basically what I’d like to do is use my own SVG and keep the image fill animation.

Hey there,
purchased your beautiful theme. Installed it on a blank WP version local via MAMP. Followed your steps for downloading the democontent, But it doesn’t work out. Even though all parameters are way beyond requirements, the process takes ages and after finishing, there are no media at all, just plank pages.
Same on my web server, tried an online install awn a subdomain, but no chance at all to get any demo content to start from 
Any Idea? It really starts getting frustrating after two days of trying… cheers, Rob

thanks for your reply and the video. It´s quite exact the same way it did it before according to your documentation. (In your documentation you recommend to change permalinks before importing the Demo)
Didi it one more time following your video, still doesn’t work out.
Pages are there, but Menus aren’t set (in no page at all) and no media ;-(
Any ideas?

Actually, as we noticed in the item description image are not included in the theme and menu should be created by the user. So your demo is ready for customization. The only thing left to do is to add your own images and build your own menu in the Appearense> Menus section.

Its hard not to loose orientation on a blank page if you’re not a designated web designer.
Anyway, at least I know now that its not a bug, but a feature and will start from scratch.

Hi.
I have found 2 bugs in the latest version of Whizz theme:
1. (firefox only) In Pinterest gallery when I change to landscape view images are cut in half. See video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r5ob6CMX8YGB25zziXzbd5OVJ_u9QLEC/view?usp=sharing
2. (chrome only) I have a short menu and it has a big bottom gap. See video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YEomh4Qy-i2P_q0VBu4UYUq34qtNlTXJ/view?usp=sharing
Also, I got a permanent message and it appears even when I close it: “This theme requires the following plugin: Whizzy. This theme recommends the following plugins: Booked Appointments, UpQode Google Maps i WP/LR Sync. Begin installing plugins”
How to disable this message? I don’t want to use those plugins.
