Hello Tech Support, on your next update, can you set icon to image on the home page Categories Tab? We couldn’t find our icons in your suggested icons. On your Vertical Menu we can use IMAGE, but for each category tab you don’t have Image option but only icon library. Thank you.

I am currently using Kuteshop Version 3.1.2 but have realized you have released Kutetheme Version: 1.8.1, what are the differences cos it is not a direct update and things get messed up when I try to switch. It is so confusing using this theme now

It is OK when you use version 3.x. And you should keep this version.
About version 1.8.x, there are some buyers who do not want to update the theme from 1.8.x upto 3.x. So we still support both of these version.

I recently updated the theme to the latest version (from themeforest), however the Kutshop Toolkit plugin is no longer working. It states that a newer version (version 1.3.5) is required for the theme. I have uploaded using the pre-packaged plugin, but the error is still the same (newer version is needed for the theme) What is the solution?

Hello Tech Support, I updated this theme to your version 3, but the vertical menu is not show up any more (https://elaboutlet.com). I checked Kuteshop -> Theme Options -> Vertical Menu Setting -> the Vertical Menu Always Open is not your original “Always On”, but let me choose “Selection Some Options”. I didn’t see Vertical Menu, but all pages.
Please help on this issue. Also, is your plugin “Ovic Import and Ovic VC Addon” are necessary? Since I don’t need to import anything now.
