Hi, I was buy your theme and my support is expired. I was try to update theme, plugins and wordpress and have lot of bugs. I was decide to delete whole website, put there new wordpress (version 5.6) and upload your new version of theme(1.7) but still have same bug. Mobile menu dont work on default wordpress and your theme. I was check mobile and primary menu on menu settings.Also, there is a bug on theme settings on every drop down option in theme customisation-letters is below dropdownbox and selected item is barely visible with white letters on white background. Other bugs on updating a theme and wordpress i will know how to fix. Also, when i select Custom Maintenance Mode Page I dont get any cooming soon page. That option didnt work on your old version 1.3.Can you help me with mobile menu?
I was find issue:your theme version 1.7 its not compatible with wordpress version 5.6 but its working fine with wordpress 5.5.3.Please fix that on new version of your theme

Do you have an FAQ or documents for the latest update, as it doesn’t seem to work through the Envato Market plug-in. It updates and then the website just disappears. Just wondering if you have a solution before i pay to renew support, last time i renewed support to fix the Instagram feed and there was no proper solution. Regards

Hello, the update yes was the latest version 1.6, I updated the theme, then a screen came up saying, “this website is having problems” and the rest of the theme/website was blank. no more website. luckily i had a back-up and could go back to it.

Hi, I was buy your Orion theme and have problem to activate Maintenance mode. I was already create account on your support web site but when I am trying to write topic i get message that my purchase code dont match to Orion theme topic.
When I try to activate Maintenance mode always open home page. Of course I was trying to open site from different browser and clean cookies and history. I am running WordPress 4.9.8 with Orion theme and Orion Framework plugin Version 1.2.
When I was install theme I was have problem to install Orion framework(get error (Download failed. The URL you provided is incorrect.). I was made it to install manually from plugin folder of theme.

Hello. I’ve noticed any messages I receive via my website, I don’t receive anything to my email address to notify me. I’ve also noticed it says “1 configuration error detected in this tab panel” and the error is the FROM field in which it has “[your-name] <ndhfit@gmail.com>” and it also has this odd email address (ndhfit@gmail.com) in the TO field. What do I need to do in order to get notifications to my email address and resolve this configuration error? I asked the Contact Form 7 author and he said “the plugin is not the legitimate Contact Form 7 plugin but part of the commercial theme, and it is not allowed to provide support for commercial products on the Wordpress.org support platform.”
