Usually the cache issue doesn’t depend on the theme, but on your server settings or 3rd-party plugins.

Please update the included plugins if you see a notification message letting you know the plugins have a new version. 1. Navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins. 2. Update ThemeREX Utilities plugin. You can click on “Update” button (if available in a particular theme) or deactivate and delete this plugin. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site. 3. Deactivate and delete the rest plugin(s) of old version. 4. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install the plugin(s).

My client is not receiving forms submitted through the site. They use gmail for their company’s email. I’ve tested it with my own gmail and it comes through fine… has anyone encountered this? Is there a setting in their gmail that may be blocking it? It doesn’t even send to their spam folder

We are building this site for a client and recommended your theme, but your theme is broken because the plugin WP Bakery was not updated to match our latest version of Wordpress 4.9.8. We have installed the updated plugin you sent, but it is still not reading the code.

Psychology, Counseling and Medical Site Template is the HTML version of Cloe- Brooks theme. This forum thread is for Psychology, Counseling & Medical WordPress Theme + RTL (Wordpress theme version). The rtl.css file is located in wp-content/themes/cloe-brooks directory on FTP. In order to enable the RTL, please go to Settings – General and select any RTL language, you will automatically get the RTL layout then.
