you are getting it wrong, support expiry and renewal is envato policy. we are working hard to bring item like this although support renewal help us to provide seamless services but still we don’t force our customer to renew, if you have understand my previous question, i asked you to submit ticket in other category, please select others while submitting a ticket rather than classiads

I am deleting the whole thing through ftp. Will upload a recent backup and we will see then. I will also provide access to the admin area so that you can have a look. Going whole site to http 500 is not normal. But the real problem is listings page responding with http 500 whenever there is an update. And as you should know WP Bakery always asks for an update.

As you know and I know the listing script is from somewhere else. You have done some good job with the theme but there are problems. Instead of accusing your customer with something like this you should be trying to understand every bit of problem your users are facing.
let me clear again, you are just arguing at wrong place, i am repeating again and again to contact our support channel, we did not asked you to pay for renewal, nor we step back from providing support. how we can resolve your issue without checking it out.we clearly mentioned our support channel, we can not ask buyer to provide login details here.

I love this theme. One question. When one clicks on Post Ad and you choose a package it takes you to a login page. Is it possible when one chooses the package they want it takes you to an area where you choose register or login? Yes it will goes to same here as you asking if register form will be enable from back end. Or if you have set register form on login page then it will goes to login/register page.
Are you having a future plan of having a mobile app for this theme? Since there a higher migration of users from Web to mob. Or is there any conversion to mobile app I can do now after buying this theme
