It seems to be the footer logo only. The header logo does not show up in your screenshots. Please try to change the footer style or the footer logo. have you added any custom elements to the footer? We cannot replicate this issue on our end.

It actually happens to both, small footer logo and header logo. The issues go away by changing a style, for footer menu I orginally had was Style 4 and it was causing issues, I selected Style 12 and it works fine. For Header menu, Style 1 to 8 work, but 9-12 continue to make queries. I’ve been QAing it for the last 3 hours. Hope this helps. Please let me know.

Why isn’t the responsive menu working?

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Templates from Cloud Library plugin are not activating in my site. Error coming as “Envato key is missing or invalid. Please register your theme using a valid key and try again.”

Our theme only uses the date from wordpress, not the time as well, so the word at and the time as well could be added here: https://www.screencast.com/t/rDBZvsCMgq If not, pleae check your plugins as the theme does not have any post time settings.

Please clear your cache as in most cases such issues are simply caused by the old css file still being delivered from the cache. Also, your social counter could need updating. Please access the plugins section of the theme and press the update button for all theme plugins.

I am facing Inode issue with my hosting. What I have observed is that multiple picture files ( 5 to 10 ) are getting created for each picture upload. This has created lot of Inodes, We only have 25000 nodes allowed on the hostgator shared hosting. How can I reduce the files on the server and stop multiple files getting generated ..

Hello, I have got a problem with Buddypress plugin. After I click on some group, there is a very late response. I need to wait even 10 seconds before it opens. I have noticed that after switching off social counter plugin, the groups open faster. I would like to use both plugins.

I have imported the “Technews” demo. I want to use just forum and boddypress from this demo. thus, I need to manipulate and create too many forums and link them to Forums Tab. But I couldn’t find “Forums tab”, which is showing in the demo anywhere in the backend? it is not in any of the menu lists. where is it? same happen to buddypress menu which is including (Groups, Members, and Activity). where are they in the backend? I can see them in the demo and works fine, but I cannot find them in the backend to change or add other menus to them. please guide me. thank you.

The plugins you mention create their own pages where you can find these elements. The theme does not controll the forums or memebers pages. It just styles them. Please refer to the documentation for these plugins to learn their proper use:

Please access the permalink section of WordPress and press the save button found there. You do not have to change the permalink structure, just save the settings and the plugin should work properly again.

Oh, thank you for the help, it worked but …. the shortcode was not usable in the amp (I used the shortcode from the Adrotate plug in to manage the ads but now I do not use it. How can I use shortcuts in AMP?
