Hi guys,
I migrated my site from one hosting to a new one and updated the theme/plug-ins but now every time my site loads, it shows this error and then disappears. But it seems to be taking some space, since visually the site looks weird on the header:
“Notice: Undefined index: api_key in wp-content/themes/cufo/functions.php” on line 28”.
What does this mean?

Hi, i have no idea, probably on of your plugins (or do you have changed any code?) have added some api key in function php file but after migration there is path error to this api key and thats why you have this issue.

I didn’t add anything. As I said, the theme has just been updated, so all files have been replaced. The error path points directly to your file.

For some reason the logo image is crashing and not showing anymore on Goddard Theme. I didn’t change a single thing on my website so I don’t know why it is not working anymore. under customization, I disabled and abled logo image, uploaded a different one but doesn’t show any of the images. Plus page builder and visual plugins needs updates.

This is the last email of 3 emails I’ve sent to your team and haven’t got any replies. Nick got back to me without any solution regarding my logo’s disappearance even though I never changed a single thing on my website. I also sent an attachment with the inspection page showing the probable problem. I am not a coder or web developer so I cannot do it on my own. I know my support is expired but this has nothing to do with me, the logo crashed all of a sudden. So obviously there is a problem with the Goddard Theme. It is very rude not getting back to your customers. For this past month I don’t have a logo showing on my website. Please fix it!

Can you please get back to me about this? Please read my previous emails and note that the problem has nothing to do with secondary logo. The logo crash started all of a sudden, I didn’t do changes on my website. After I saw that my logo is crashing I only removed and put back the logo and I did it many times. Please pay attention to the attachment. You guys know best and I am sitting here without my logo not appearing for a very long time.
Also even you guys stated under support tab that you are going to update visual composer plus page builder 6 months ago but it is still the same.
Please if you are busy, can someone from Royal Flush team reply to this email?

Dear Royal-Flush-Team (or anyone who might be able to answer this question),
I would like to sort the portfolio categories hierarchically (just like they are displayed in the backend) instead of alphabetically. Now I read that the theme unfortunately does not support this function. Is there a way to add this function through Custom CSS? If so, I would appreciate any hint or even better a code snippet.

on the mobile drop down menu all the sub menu items look the same as their parent main menu items and is a real long list and a mess ….is there a way to have the highest level menu items expand when you click on them to reveal their children menu items please?

Hi, I’ve read in other comments that the PHP memory limit should be at list 128M to have the preview working in the customizer, I checked mine and it’s 256M but it still doesn’t work, have you any other suggestion to solve this issue?

Hi there, We’re having a serious problem with the Cufo customizer. Whenever we try to slide open a set of options or save any options, the customizer gets messed up, displays the options incoherently / disorganized, and doesn’t allow any changes to be saved. I have a grid of portfolio images, and I’m trying to cut down on page load times. Is it possible to have them load at 100% size when displayed in the grid (200×300px for example) but still display large (1000px) when clicked on?

Hi again, by default Sun design configured to show thumbnails of original images in the grid and original images in lightbox, if you want to change thumbnail sizes you need to change settings here https://imgur.com/a/HTkab then rebuild thumbnails, after this resize your original images to 1000px which will display in a lightbox.

Hi, I have a problem. I’m trying to create a single page site (offline) and have already gone through the online guides about it that Royal Flush has published. I see no way to introduce the Royal Flush Portfolio with Categories to work. WP Bakery Frontend doesn’t even start if I put in the portfolio on Home. Neither do I get a preview, just the loading image. I can get it to work if i type custom IDs and use a Tab plugin to add category menu, but it has its issues. My page is set to default template and when I start with setting it to portfolio page then it doesn’t let me add anything to it except Slider Revolution slides and of course the portfolio page that comes built in. Request you to help out.

Hello, I baught this theme few months ago and I’m rethinking the design of my website right now but I’m having trouble setting page width. I would like to set the width of my home page (portfolio) to 1100px and set each post of that portfolio with a width of 1000px. Is there a specific way to do this ? Many thanks.
Yep, it’s very easy, navigate in Customizer > Body and set body with to 1100 and inner content width 1000
