Have a question: is it possible to add additional bars to the header? I want to make something like this: Topmenu, Logo, Date, Menu. Four bars. Other thing: what happened to the stock market ticker, not working? Thanks for all the amazing job.
hi Bloomland, we have header builder for that. you can actually try to create one by using this link : header builder
stock market ticker is using another plugin. some of them using other website API. it may have issue with website API. btw may i know on which page you see this issue?

Thank you for your reply. I’ve seen the header builder before, and checked that is not possible to add more than the three existent bars to the layout. But I manage a way to put the date on the bottom on the logo on the middle bar: logo+date on the center and display grow (using newspaper demo template).

Thank you for that information! In the link you sent me, is it easy to add more categories or criteria to the search? So things like Platform, Criteria, Rating, Date, etc.? Or is the theme limited to having only those two filters in the search?
if you doing custom change, that you must be able to do that. i don’t know how easy it is because it will be different from each people capability. but i believe if they have knowledge in wordpress, it won’t be too hard to implement something like this because we already have the platform.

I liked this design but I saw there is a problem in demo itself
https://jnews.io/business/ When I load the page then header shows large first and then black color shows for a moment before loading it properly. Looks like CSS is getting applied at the last moment.See below screenshot taken at page load:-

hi kkbajwa, its effect of jnews speed. your website won’t have that kind of effect if you disable this plugin. btw this plugin main purpose is to get better score on google page speed.

wpbakery page builder not working. I can’t edit my all page. i am using wpbakery page builder version 5.4.7 But now it should be (5.5.2 new version)
I download again my template for upload again wpbakery page builder.
But still same version 5.4.7 and it is not working.

hi ciplakyazar, it may because you install new gutenberg plugin from wordpress. please disable this plugin and see if you still have issue.
wpbakery will be updated by the end of this month along with our v3 release.

Is there any way to place JNews – Carousel 3 module on the footer. It is not available as a widget. And we are not using custom visual composer footer

You could use Text widget and add this shortcode [jnews_carousel_3] (copy paste from visual composer text mode), but you only have to put in the widgetise area. It should be easier if you use footer builder, you could place it anywhere in the Footer.

you can use shortcode of JNews – Carousel 3. if you are using visual composer, you can generate this shortcode, on text editor, change to text editor, and you will find shortcode generated by visual composer.

I kno wit is much easier with the Custom version of the footer. But I found it not to be great from the SEO point of view. So, now I have the option to add the [jnews_carousel_3], I am using the Style 6 of the footer with one single widget on the center. Is there any way to make it only one for teh entire footer width so that the carousel shows perfectly

hi menchold, comment can be enabled or disabled from backend. on those demo we purposely disable the comment. you can easily enable it from backend. we also have 3 option comment to use. facebook, disqus, and default wordpress comment.

Hello, guys have something urgent I have been trying to fix and my mobile version the top of the mobile theme is looking a mess I have a big grey and black color space and I can’t fix it at all. I have tried ROW Settings and have an adjusted it to -300 top margin BUT when I do that the grey colored area comes over my modules and I can’t make it go away or fix it I have been trying for last 2 days. any help please real emergency.

Hi I found a way to install it. But there is another problem. My developer used the activation code on different domain already which we use only for testing the theme. Now I want to install it on the official domain and its says not possible to register. Can you help me pls?

Please be sure to disable JNews – Speed plugin or other cache plugin to prevent conflict. Clear the cache on the plugin as well the browser to ensure page loaded is updated.
