Hello, i need you help for the following issue. I had been installed the jupiter template, but i´m having trouble with an FTP advice as it requestes me to enter the id, and even after i enter the ID, all the time is the advicement up and it doesn´t gets off even if i already complete the request. thie request still appear in all the website all the time. I had tried with different navegators having the same result.

Could you please help me to solve this problem out.

Morning, another question, is there a way to create a mixed category type grid of posts or posts that could go on the homepage please? For instance I will have pages in destinations and experiences and I want to mix these into a grid.

It has been yers and the blog section still has not been updated. All of my sites run on jupiter and we are getting requests from our clients to have a more modern blog, allow more flexibility, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. I have asked for this before but your reply is always that is part of your development.

Can you please confirm if a new blog design will be implemented soon or not?

OK thanks, and what about a mixed content homepage grid, for instance I want to create destinations and experiences, and then pull these into a mixed grid on the homepage.

Wasn’t sure whether these should be pages, portfolio or posts – probably pages with categories is the best option.

Good day – after reading your comments on your YouTube video, I understand you will be switching to Elementor in September for v7. If I purchase now how will I be able to make the switch on to Elementor when the time comes? Is it best to hold off?

You can purchase Jupiter 6 now and upgrade later to a new product with Elementor.

Sorry for my bad English.

I am facing a strange issue which affect performance.

After debugging the waterfall in Firefox, Chrome and Chromium, I saw that the page URL is loaded twice (in my case – while testing – this is the home page).

1) Once because the URL is really requested (aka: a click on the logo using the browser, this is just normal) 2) Twice by a javascript file (could not find it but, if JS calls are blocked*, the problem does not occur)

=> *More precisely, it seems that a JS file create/add an IMG that loads the URL twice.

Sorry if the issue has been resolved before, could not find anything related in Google. :/

The wordpress is “clean”, only the Jupiter theme is installed, no others plugins.

By the way, Jupiter is awesome! :)

I can’t reply to your response to my review on that page. this is why I am writing here. I don’t need to have a registered user name on your website or to contact you to review your theme. After all, it was a review not a contact support. Also I have used your theme 2 years, I have been testing it since then and you can see that I purchased the theme here. So how about stop visualizing me like a person who hadn’t purchased it there and sending me links that I already tried beforehand? I had 3 registered usernames in that time and done everything to speed it up. I don’t need to contact you to speed your theme. I am not a newbie and now that I am not using it I don’t have any user name.

Yes, there are a lot of things to do to speed up a theme. But it should be customized natively. If you say your theme is the (so-called) “fastest one around” or “unparalleled”, it should DEFINITELY be customized and fast natively. I can give lots of other themes as examples that are natively way faster than yours if you want. This is why my review was bad. I am sorry you couldn’t handle it.

PS: This is not a customer support too. How about responsing my refund request instead? Since I am not a satisfied customer I don’t wanna argue about your theme at all. I spent enough time and effort on it. I have been waiting for 4 days now for your response to my refund request. And to think people assume that you have one of the fastest customer services around…Sorry, but I am not buying advertisements any all those colorful marketing words. Please stop stalling my refund request, my decision is final.

The design is possible but some knowledge of custom CSS is required to make it perfect. About the funcitonality it is possible with a 3rd party plugin.

When do you expect to solve the page loading issue where the page initially loads boxed, then quickly snaps to full-width? The bug’s been around for months. Support said it would get solved in the next update, but it wasn’t :(

Building a new site, running into an issue I’ve never encountered before. The old site’s blog breaks and doesn’t display with WPBakery Page Builder. It doesn’t show blog or the individual post, it’s just empty. The only thing that shows is the pages at the bottom (1,2,3,etc with arrows) and if I have Clean and Bold as the blog style the hero section with image will display but that’s it.

Can this theme only be used for 1 domain? Or can it be used on multiple domains?

One theme license (purchase code) can be used only for one domain at a time. You can change the domains, but it can be active only on one.

I don’t think I should have to buy support at 60CAD a year just to update the theme. Trying to do a theme update in a staging environment (for which I don’t have FTP access) following the instructions at artbees, with no success.

I have a staging server where I run all my updates and backups on plugins, themes etc, and I can’t run the jupiter update because it doesn’t recognize the url. Is there a way to get a second registration for my staging server so I can enter that url for my tests?
