1. we still don’t have option to use single post custom builder for other post type. but we really consider this option for next update. we also don’t have option for taxonomy builder. but we will surely add this option on next update too.

2. if you are using plugin to create custom post type, it should give you option ilke that.

3. yes you can use plugin for this case. there is alot of plugin that work that way on WordPress plugin reposistory.

I use plugin Toolset Types for custom post types and custom taxonomies, but jnews module content filter is not support that.

as i know, every kind of ajax request can’t pushed as normal hit. but on google tag manager we should create rule for this need. its kind of complicated on your side.

and yes it very likely to be fail on ajax request (DFP). i think on this version we won’t support this feature.
