i installed the besportman template and in the menu where i have the contact page, right under i get an annoying line ” vc_row.............. n i n j a_form id=”1”[ /vc_row ]”

why is this happening??? and I am still not able to connect your support forum keeps telling me permission denied this is very frustrating – can you please check what the issue is with my username?
no matter what i add on that 5th menu, even if I add the cart – right under that menu item i get its shortcode…so i can only have 4 menu items!
I Figured it out – the imported menu that came with the template was corrupted in some way with mega menu – so when i disabled the mega menu module this was gone, then i deleted the menu and recreated it and enabled the mega menu again and it seems it was working fine now.

Is it possible to install the pre-built website BeClassic? I can’t find it in the list of all pre-built websites. I’m mostly interested to install all the Shortcode pages to be able to pick the code I need for another project using the BeTheme.

BeClassic is not on the list of the pre-built websites because this demo contains lots of media and demo is really heave. It means that this pre-built demo, can not be imported successfully on many hosting services due to its limits. If you have good hosting enough, you can send us private request via contact form on the right at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we can send you its .xml file.

Hi. I am a long time customer and moved to site ground. I wanted to confirm is the php time limit at 120 vs 180 is really a problem?
Site Ground says on the go geek shared plan it’s hard limit is 120. Only cloud (way more expensive) will allow 180. They said 120 is fine despite the warning Betheme gives.

You will not be able to save more content for example or you will get errors messages from your server.

hello. long time back i tried installing and working on the website of a client. but the deal did not get through. now i am trying to install it on a new website and it says that its being used on the said website. i checked personally and it is not being used, also there is no file of the theme on the server. the site is in pure html. i think i forgot to deregister the theme at that time (if such a FEATURE was available at that time, which i think was not). now kindly let me know how to use the theme now? thanks Note : please dont ask me to register with your forum and ask question there as its a tiresome job to register for every theme and then remember all passwords etc etc

Your documentation says to import an XML file to better understand how to use Mega Menu. Presumably you mean import one of the prebuilt sites. Which prebuilt site is using the Mega Menu?

Hi,
I can’t get an embedded youtube movie to align in the center using Muffin Builder. I have tried using the Video item but there’s no Center or Middle function. And I have tried the embedded code below inside a Column item but that doesn’t work either.

I have also tried the Center Center No Repeat in the Wrap settings but it doesn’t help either. There’s a Column item on top of the Video item inside the same wrapper with text and it is centered. I can’t understand why the video won’t center.

I’m working locally which makes it impossible to give you access to it. I managed to fix with a workaround by putting an empty placeholder on eiter side. If that’s the official solution then that works too.

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. I reset my password on forum.muffingroup and now I cant login anymore. It says “permission denied.”
Anyhow Im getting a google maps error. It says it cant be loaded correctly on the website. image: https://imgur.com/a/OxVeqOU The api code is correct. Billing for google cloud is set up and good. Also, limit has not been reached (by far).
So whats going on ?
