If you mean including functions that are not part of the original theme, then would be possible only through custom work/freelancing which we can provide. There is a user dashboard, the administrator has only access to the WP dashboard.
This is a landing page that do not offer the functionalities of a ICO. To sell tokens you should publish your ICO through smart contracts.

First, make sure you have the GoUrl WooCommerce – Bitcoin Altcoin Payment Gateway Addon plugin installed and activated, check the link here : https://bit.ly/1BgZMt1 . Then access the WooCommerce tab > Settings and after that Payments to enable BTC gateway.
