Hello I’ve just transferred my website to an other host. Now the customizer don’t work anymore.

Everything worked normally, but after the last update, when the customer places an order in my store, with woocommerce, everything goes normal until the end, but in the request nothing appears that the customer put inside the variations of the product and neither what was added through the options given by the product addons plugin. Even the selections made by Gravity forms appear normal until the order is completed, but they disappear when the request is fulfilled. Can you help me with some idea of what it might be?

Hi. I am interested in purchasing but have a question. I noticed it says you have a catalogue mode where the customer can just view products instead of purchasing. How does that work? Would they still be able to add products to cart and send the contents of their cart to the site owner? And would your theme be able to send a response message saying customer service will contact them to finalize the purchase? We need to talk to the customer to review their cart before finalizing their sale over phone/email but we still need to know what they are trying to buy before we contact them. Thanks!

In the catalog mode the Add To Cart buttons / Checkout and Shopping cart are disabled. This means that the customer cannot add any item to cart. What you can do is to replace the add to cart button with an inquiry form through which you guys can finalize the sales.
By default, the theme does not have any feature to inform the customer that customer service would contact them. You might need a bit of customization for this.

You have been promising Font Awesome for almost 5 years. Every page has a post where you either promise it soon or side step. I am wondering why since it is the most widely used and can hosted font. Is there something we should know about? There surely must be a great reason. Even is you don’t go with the best option why is there nothing ? I install the demo content and instead of icons it’s rectangles .. I saw this theme long time ago. It has grown a lot but without icons it’s is simply missing an arm or missing a leg

Heyyo ! Is the Flatsome framework compatible with Ajaxify plugin? Tthe site doesn’t have a webshop. It’s a simple® photo portfolio site, with pages, galeries posts. Thats all. Customer want the menu/sidebar to stay static and not reload, while switching pages. Thanks!

There has not been any compatibility tests with the plugin, however, Flatsome has been built in accordance with WordPress coding standards and hence would work with any plugin that follows the same standards.
Yeah, i just checked it, ..it basically works, but it’s not powerful enough, because of the lack of having static unique ID-s for all flatsome items. This fact still makes the setup of the Ajaxify plugin hard or impossible at the moment. ;( Really looking forward to that moment when flatsome elements will get static ids, and ability to add custom id-s from inside the ux-builder. Hope it will happen, that would be a major improvement and critical extra power to the theme!

Hey hey! My question now..: is it possible to somehow refer to the a specific banner’s items/pages of a slider? i see now they get a randomly generated id-s at every webpage reload. It makes it impossible as i guess. Is there chance that this system may change in the near future? I would like to do various css changes on buttons on the banners, depending on which banner is actually displayed.

The UX builder is not working to customize Blocks. It works for the site itself, but not for pages or blocks.

Some folks may have tried this already, but I found the only way to get the Instagram feed to work is to update to the latest version, AND be sure you have an @ sign in front of the Instagram username. That’s ultimately what fixed it for me!
