Hi! Is it possible to filter houses/rooms by availability? I want to select a date range on the calendar and then all the houses/rooms that are available during that date should show.
Hello! Thanks for your interest. Sorry not at this time. If the days are not available, the days will not be selectable on the calendar, you can also get them to change their status automatically so that they are marked as pending or booked.

Unfortunately the WP Booking System does not have an option for charging a different price depending on factors like daily rates. Sorry. It’s essentially one price per calendar. Seasonal pricing is also not directly built in but we do have a workaround for that which works in some cases:

I’ve seen people use HBook, VR calendar and PinPoint, all seem to work with Bellevue. Also, any of the big ones can be embedded (AirBnb, VRBO etc). The new version will also include the weekend / weeknight rates.

Hi, I have been making progress on my website (I’m using the Rustic demo template) and I came upon a problem last night. On one of the contact pages (I think it is the contact with side bar page) whenever I open it with elementor a calendar shows up on the control panel on the left side so I cannot actually edit anything. I have tried to reset the website entirely and that did not change the problem and it is the only page that I see it happening to.
Additionally I received the logo that I wanted to install on the page so I went to appearances>themes>customize>theme options>logos and I am not getting an option to change the logo (it had appeared before and I was able to change it). It acts weird when I am in this part because I can’t exit out without completely clicking out of the page from this screen. Not really sure how to fix this problem either.
I put in a ticket for support and have yet to hear back.

Hello! Thanks for contacting us. The most recent version of Master Slider is 3.2.7 so that’s correct.
Not sure why the gallery would not be working, that would be directly related to Master Slider so we would need to reach out to them to see what they suggest.

I do not know what I did but on my home page the main menu does not appear anymore. But in the other pages of my website the menu is shown well.
I do not know if this helps but I was editing in Element Pro and I was loading predetermined templates of them. And suddenly the main menu of the homepage dissapeared.
Any idea what I did wrong?

Hello! Happy to help. Hmm, interesting. Did you change the page template? If you are using Elementor Canvas then you might have removed the menu. You can get it back by switching back to the default template.
Dashbaord / pages / all pages / Edit with Elementor / click the gear icon and then use the template dropdown to select ‘Default’

Love this theme. I’m currently rebuilding my website, replacing the Adomus theme with Bellevue. So far so good but there’s one small issue. Under my rate table I want to put a couple of notes in italics and a smaller font (size 10 or 12). I see that in the text editor there’s an option to go to style>typography, and then I can change the font size. The problem is, nothing happens when I change the font size, line, spacing, colour, anything. The font just stays in the normal body text style (size 16 I think). Is this a known issue?

Many times the typography setting is just for the heading or body specifically. I’m not sure which widget and setting so I’d need to see more to understand.

That’s great thanks. I have one other question. I have a group of similar cottages in 2 types (2 bedroom and 3 bedroom). I would like to list just the 2 types of accommodation instead of listing each cottage individually. Can the booking system be used in a similar way to a hotel booking system, where there would be one availability calendar for each room type (in this case cottage type) and the dates would be marked as unavailable only when all the cottages of that type are fully booked. Is that possible?
Thanks. Sorry, you will need to use two calendars as the dates are marked booked, pending or available. You can create your own statuses but it’s primary 1 calendar per room or per rental. You do have unlimited calendars though. Also, if you want to use a different booking system it’s easy to swap the WP Booking System for one of your choosing.

I purchased the theme, installed “Countryside” demo and now I am trying to customize the content of “home slider”. This page includes a slider on the header, which works perfectly but I need to add 2 more sliders (with different content), I was able to add these sliders using Elementor and I was also able to edit the content, problem is that they don’t play on the edited page (only the first one works).
I tried creating a slider on Master Slider Pro and then adding a “widget” to the page. I was able to choose the slider I just created but it wasn’t playing either.
Is it possible to have more than one slider per page?
Hello! Thank you. Inside edit mode they won’t autoplay but you should be able to click prev / next to see them, then when you do live preview it should show you all slides. Is that not the case? Can you send us a link to the page that you are working on? Happy to assist.

If you inspect the code, you will see that on the home page under “The Journey into the Pampas” there is a slider (the HTML code for the slider is there) but it is not being instanced/started.
Ah, I see now, you are trying to use two sliders on that page? If you are looking fo a simple photo slider below “The Journey into the Pampas” , how about trying the carousel widget which is a slider as well. Thats’ how we have our demo setup. I hope that helps.
We would like to have a second slider because it alow us to add text over the images and it also have a few nice options. We actually want 3 sliders on the homepage (i do understand the performance issue we could have but we don’t mind at this point)
Thanks for the follow up. I’m not sure if we’ve tested the main slider to be used multiple times on a single page, sorry. We assumed that most site would use it once at the top and then the image carousel for the other areas. I’ll do some testing to see why it might not be working.

For now, we will have to say that it’s 1 main slider per page, but you can use the image carousel and also master slider as many times as you wish on the page, while we work to resolve. Once I enable the theme, am I supposed to see a new option in the menu called Bellevue? Because I am reading this part of the documentation https://themovation.ticksy.com/article/6900/ , on Step #1 where it says “Add your first Testimonial under Dashboard > ‘Bellevue’ > ‘Testimonials’” cannot find the Bellevue option.

Hi, can we just build a form that accepts dates without the datepicker. So, for example, a single room would cost $40, a double room would be $50. Is this possible? So, in other words, what’s the best way to customize the booking form so that we are not required to use the calendar and instead use input fields. Also, why is there documentation for the Booked plugin and not the WP Booking plugin?
Hello, thanks for getting in touch. The WP Booking System that comes with Bellevue is optional, so you can use any system you wish. If you do want to use WP Booking, then you’ll need to use the calendar and form together as the Calendar is used to select the dates (as you have mentioned). So you could try the Formidable Form plugin, that might be a solution. We do have some templates and styling for that. If you are using the forms to add items to your cart you might need to update to Pro but I’m not 100% sure.

Does the calendar have to show days that are “Pending” or can it just show “Booked” or “Available”.
What I need is for a user to make a request for a booking of “Available” days. Then the admin gets an email with the booking info. They approve the booking in eth dashboard and then the Calender shows “Booked” on the FE.
Would this theme support that functionality?

I have created Calendar and Form, but when I want to add them to the page Dashboard -> Page -> Edit, there’s only Edit with Elementor option. Of course, I can fall back to the WordPress Editor, but that option doesn’t work with Elementor. When I open Elementor, WP Booking Calendar element is available, but there are no Calendar and Form Options inside the Calendar.
I know that these fields should exist because I watched tutorial videos and there are options to connect the Calendar with the Form. However, these videos seem to be older because Elementor is not there.
When I add Calendar to the page, it’s not visible inside Elementor, but it’s there when I open the page. Also, no form is shown, it’s missing on both, Elementor and the webpage itself.
I would like to know the following: - How to make Calendar visible on the page in Elementor - How to connect and show the Form?
Are you referring to the WP Booking System shortcode generator?
You are correct, Elementor does not allow the plugin shortcode generator to be used, I don’t know if this is by design from Elementor or the WPBS developers but I’ve found a workaround…
1. Create a test page using the classic WordPress editor as your testing ground. 2. Use the shortcode generator to make your shortcode, then you can copy and pasted it into the elementor widget as a basic shortcode.
I use it this way and it helps a lot.
So to recap, to add WPBS (calendar and form) inside Elementor, you’ll want to use the shortcode widget but first you can create the shortcode using the classic WordPress editor. I believe WPBS also has a widget that can be used directly inside Elemenotr, not sure how well it works for sizing.

I complained about your version 2 not being compatible with the first version of the theme and the update that almost ruined our site and I came here to see if you answered and.. I cannot find my comment anywhere. Erased?
I just hope you didn’t censor it, so I am gonna ask you the big question here: Will you support the first version of the theme? Or it is gone and if we want to keep using the theme with new updates we will have to upgrade to the new framework and insert ALL content from scratch?

Another thing I would like to ask: do you offer customization services that has to do with the booking plugin? The client would like to be able to see the booking date (The day the reservation was made). And I see it is kept to the database but not shown in the bookings list.
